The lack of urgency to keep this facility clean and properly maintained is unacceptable. I've been coming to this YouFit for over five years. When I first joined, it was clean, well maintained, and always busy. Over the past year, the condition of this gym has declined dramatically. Honestly, it's no surprise the gym is nearly empty now compared to what it used to be. On every visit, you'll find overflowing trash cans, clogged toilets, paper towels all over the restroom floors, dirty mirrors, dusty workout areas, and a sauna that smells terrible. Many times there aren't even disinfecting wipes or paper towels available to clean equipment before using it. If the gym isn't being cleaned regularly, the least they could do is make sure members have the supplies to sanitize the equipment themselves. Even tho cleanliness is the bare minimum. This isn't an isolated incident, it's become the norm. I have attached photos because words don't fully capture how unacceptable these conditions have become. As a paying member, I shouldn't have to question whether the equipment and facilities are being properly cleaned. There are far better gyms in the area that actually prioritize cleanliness and member safety. Unfortunately, after five years, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

There is equipment everywhere; people are clearly not putting stuff away and staff is not doing anything to keep things tidy in there. We came at a time when there was no staff on duty. So many machines were broken/ rusty / no pin so you couldn't use it. It was really disappointing! The free weight bar ball section was directly Above the locker rooms and it sounds like the ceiling was falling through any second due to people dropping those bar bells to the floor. The coolest part was the basketball court but there was no ball!!! Perhaps you have to get it from staff when it is business hours but there should be a sign or something. Overall, I would not recommend this location and I will not be returning. I hope they can turn things around because it seems like it was really great when they originally opened and the staff has not maintained it ever since. Even if the customers are all to blame, staff is still responsible for maintaining the location and enforcing rules.

I simply tried to bring a guest, and instead of being treated with respect, I was met with rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional staff. The situation could have been handled with a simple conversation, but instead, they chose to escalate it unnecessarily. What happened next was even more disappointing. My membership was canceled without a fair explanation, despite my years of loyalty to this gym. That is not how you treat long-time members who have consistently supported your business. The worst part is that this didn't just affect me. We were a group of six members, all paying customers, and because of the way we were treated, every one of us canceled our memberships. I was also planning to recommend four more people to join, but after this experience, I could not, in good conscience, encourage anyone to become a member. A business can have policies, but those policies should be enforced with professionalism, respect, and common courtesy. Unfortunately, this gym failed in every aspect of customer service. The bathrooms are never clean. Yesterday they were flooded; today they were just plain filthy. Nobody was around cleaning either time. You look up at the vents, and they're packed with dust -- possibly mold. The equipment is often covered in sweat stains, and half the time there's no cleaning spray or paper towels to wipe anything down. For what members pay, that's just unacceptable. Service is hit or miss. Most of the staff are friendly on a good day, but today the front attendant seemed completely uninterested. There's rarely anyone walking the floor making sure things are in order or helping maintain basic gym etiquette. Quality is decent -- there's a lot of equipment, and most of it works -- but it's chaos trying to find what you need. Weights are never where they belong, and no one enforces re-racking. You'll find a 50-pound dumbbell in the 10-pound slot more often than not. That kind of disorganization really kills the experience. Efficiency suffers because of all of the above. Between the crowding, the lack of cleaning supplies, and the "meat market" culture where people are more focused on chatting and flirting than actually working out, it's hard to get in, train, and get out efficiently. Value is average. The monthly fee isn't terrible, but given how dirty and disorganized this gym is, it doesn't feel worth it. South Florida gyms can and should do better -- especially one carrying the UFC name. Overall: -- Could be a five-star gym if it were maintained with the same discipline UFC represents. The management there seems really cool (I can't imagine they would be ok with this) but the last month or so, it's been going down hill. Right now, it's a 1-2 star experience at best.

So many years working out and I am still learning, tweaking, and realizing I have been doing sets all wrong. None of that damp carpet smell in other places. Illuminated mirrors are a nice touch. Tip: I worked out here on a Saturday afternoon, so the ops tempo was clearly lower than a Monday at 5/6pm.
