I explained that the previous groomer shaved her and ruined her double coat. After I paid the $116 (outrageous price) they brought my girl out and her entire body (even her face) was shaved almost to her skin. They have ruined her coat. I was so upset I cried the whole way home. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE because the groomer NEVER listened to one thing I said to him.

Three days into the stay I received a photo of him with another cat under a chair and a message that he was enjoying his new friend. He just had his annual checkup and fecal test. The fecal study came back with a parasite that cats get from eating squirrels and such. When I explained that he is a totally indoor cat due to being declawed and about the boarding incident, the vets office asked if a litter box was shared by the 2 cats. This is highly likely since they were not crated and shared a room. As a result, my cat has to be medicated for the fecal parasite! Needless to say I am EXTREMELY UPSET AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT! If there was a way I could give 0 stars I would do it!

Our Petey prior to his passing developed separation anxiety 1 1/2 years of age & they went above & beyond knowing his condition. He recently passed away on June 12th, 2026 at the young age of 5 yrs but each visit we knew both Petey & Amelia were in very good hands & would be loved & taken well cared for. Denise, Danielle, Bridget & all the staff are truly genuine with their care & support in every way. You could never find a better kennel for your pets.
