The servers mastery of the menu and cuisine is fantastic. Their cocktails are creative and full of fresh ingredients. Absolutely delicious. Extensive wine list with ability to pair nicely with all of their dishes. Their crudo list is delectable. The Kampachi is a MUST!! Not a huge fan of the tuna tostada, but instead go for the tuna sashimi with ponzu! Incredible! Sea scallops and oysters! For apps, go for Doraditos, rib eye quesadilla, empanadas, etc. All the main courses are fabulous. Personally, when I'm in Baja, have to go with fresh Totoaba. Their Totoaba is incredible. Cooked with the skin crusted so you can eat absolutely the whole fish filet. However, can't go wrong with all of the main options, whether fish or meat. She said the portions were small and this was a reasonable order. She also mentioned the shrimp was very small came with three pieces each so we needed two for the party. After seating at 8:30, we did not get any food until 9 pm, one hour after our reservation, even though everything was pre-ordered. There is no reason to pre-order if you can't get the food out in a reasonable timeframe. On top of that, we had to ask multiple times for blankets, water glasses weren't refilled, and things were forgotten. By this point, our celebrant had gotten very tired and was falling asleep waiting for all of our food. Our entrees came, and it was an extreme amount of food for 6 people. They gave us an extra entree that we did not order and they were insistent that we did. After checking our pre-order email, we did in fact only order one. The shrimp actually came with 4-5 pieces, so we didn't need two orders. While the food was great, the lack of service, bad time management, and inattentiveness to the whole meal was not appreciated.
