Oh, good lord!! Justin and company were oh so professional and timely. What a great crew. Cascade came in and cleaned out my dad's house. The report I received was impressive... every room had a before and after picture. I was given a list of charities to donate the items from my dad's house. I selected several non- profits which I wanted to support on behalf of my dad. I didn't realize that one of them was on the east side of Washington state. Ooops! These guys were terrific. They did exactly what I would have done if I had the time. E-Waste went to the e-waste place, recycling went to recycling, what could be donated or given away was. Cleaning out my in-laws' and prepping it for sale came about faster than we intended and getting all the junk leftover after the movers came was going to be BIG job. Still, we didn't just want someone to come and dump it in a landfill. Justin, Adrien and Peter arrived right when they said they would. Put in a full day. These guys were awesome! Donated, recycled, dumped. Wherever the items in the house needed to go that's where they took them. They cleaned out what was left in my mom's house after the estate sale. This team is really great. They had the proprietor out to the work site within 90 minutes of my first call for an estimate. They set great expectations of when the work could start and the expected time to completion. During the job people from the team came to me as needed to check what I wanted done about interesting situations. The job was done on time and on the estimate. Veteran-owned, Justin and his crew were FANTASTIC! I hired them to clean out my 3200sf house after an estate sale - to a person they were efficient, enthusiastic, considerate, and fun to work with. I spoke to Justin several times before hiring because I was very concerned that items ended up in a good home and not the dump. Justin went out of his way to help me consign a few furniture items. He coordinated with a small, local non-profit who loaded up the rest of the large furniture items, lamps and artwork to sell in their thrift store. And finally, I was able to donate household items to a volunteer who works with veterans to set them up in their own apartments. Justin knows the community and will do everything in his power to make a difficult experience a GREAT experience. They are an amazing organization. I wanted to donate couple of things that still very much useable instead of throwing away. Justin contacted me and he really value donation and recycle of items even for unopened dog foods and treats. Since COVID situation, it is not easy to donate items to organizations. Unfortunately I had very short time and was not able to use their service, however, I will definitely do so next time. read more

Justin was amazing. He came over promptly to view the items from my moms condo to be hauled away. He then proceeded to share with me other sustainable options that would cost me less. He gave me the name of an app to use to sell some items so we wouldn't have to pay to haul them away and connected me to the owner of a second hand store that would pick up items for free. My husband and I needed a clean out service after holding an estate sale at his parents house (who had moved into assisted living). Cascade Clean Out was one of the companies referred to us by the estate sale company. They promptly came out and took care of everything that was left from the sale, donated it, cleaned every room, even did a few small repairs (nail holes, etc.) and even vacuumed! I was so impressed at the little things they thought of. If they found an item left behind, keys, photos, etc. They put in a designated spot for us to pick up inside. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your junk removal/estate sale clean up projects. In fact, this happened last December 2019 and I am just now in July finally doing this review. Based upon a recommendation from Girlfriend's Estate Sales and associated with my responsibility for preparing my sister's home for sale after her unexpected death earlier this year, I contacted Cascade Clean Out Services to remove items from the home that were not sold at the estate sale. Justin Mamallo, the owner of Cascade Clean Out was flexible in arranging a time for an estimate which was important to me because I do not live near my sister's home and my schedule did not provide me with much advance notice for purposes of meeting him at the home. He arrived promptly and prepared a very reasonable estimate which included arrangements to donate several items to charities of my choice. While there he helped me identify and unhook some components belonging to an elaborate in-home audio/video system that I needed to return to a couple vendors and I knew moments after he left that he was the right guy for the job so I called and cancelled the appointment for my second estimate (which is not something I'd ordinarily do). Cascade's services were performed several days later without my having to be present and for the price that was quoted and I received shortly thereafter a comprehensive report showing before and after pictures as well as a summary and receipts for all of the donations that were made according to my specifications. Justin is a really nice guy who has proven that he is hard-working, trustworthy and reliable. Since this was a tough situation for me to handle emotionally and because I am a very busy person, I am very grateful for his assistance and would recommend Cascade Clean Out Service to anyone in need of this service. read more

Cascade Clean Out Service was a godsend at a difficult time. I needed to clear out and sell my brother's home in short order. The home was very messy but did not have enough valuable items to hold an estate sale. In the space of a couple of days Cascade Clean Out Service removed all items from this two-story, four bedroom, two bath home with an extremely cluttered back porch and garage. They categorized all items, gave a charity of my choice items they would take (in my case Goodwill and St Vincent DePaul), recycled everything that could be, disposed of hazardous waste items appropriately, and took what had to be disposed of to the dump. The price was very reasonable and a great report was produced showing before and after pictures of all areas, as well as a report and value of donations, and the cost of disposal. They even took me twice to Half Price Books so I could sell the hundreds of books that were in the house. Cascade's owner,Justin Mamallo, was particularly sensitive and helpful. He was always asking if there was anything he could do for me. He even got me something to eat while I was waiting at the bookstore. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more
