They are all so wonderful and knowledgable. My entire session is filled with princess exercises (and the frequent jocks that come in and put mine to shame lol), massages or ((UGH)) ice therapy. There is also a wandering Dopey pez that I have yet to find. I leave there feeling like I deserve my ice cream cone. There are several there who are completely capable as well as a cadre of capable assistants. If you're willing to put in the work they will help you there.
