I've developed a working relationship with Becky who is their most experienced therapist. She is very good at her job but her schedule can get full. There are several there who are completely capable as well as a cadre of capable assistants. If you're willing to put in the work they will help you there. They have a clean facility and sanitize everything throughout the day. Masks are required by the state so be prepared for that. It's not optimum but it is what it is.

"Look at these patients with Medicare, I'm not calling them. How annoying". Ummmm, excuse me? First of all most elderly are on Medicare, and are in high need of adjunct physical therapy. Secons, talking like this in front of other clients is extremely unprofessional. I will be sharing this feedback with my primary care Dr as well. I hope the facility takes this as an opportunity to facilitate a learning experience and some retraining on professionalism.

She was also very knowledgeable, which helps because I have Lipedema (NOT Lymphedema) and many don't know much about Lipedema but she does. BUT their problem at the Snohomish location is the front desk person, Tori. She is incredibly RUDE. First of all, my first appt last week, I walked in, smiled, greeted Tori and said who I was there to see. She frowned, had a grouchy tone of voice, handed me a TON of paperwork to fill out, which I did, and when I was done, told me that Maggie would come get me. Now first of all, besides Tori - please people ... SEND THIS STUFF TO PATIENTS IN EMAIL! For heaven's sake. I have essential tremors so writing is difficult. My husband was with me and had to help me fill all of this out, which included medical history, list of meds, etc. It took me about 20 minutes to fill all this out, which put me at 5 minutes PAST my appt time. :-( Maggie came to get me and things were great them. But then Tori handed me a list of my next 5 appointments when we were on our way out. OHHHH KAYYYY. NO ONE - AT ANY TIME - consulted with me to find out what would be good days and times to come in AND we had to get out of there because my husband had a work meeting to get to. When we got home, we set the list of appts down and forgot about them until Sunday. My bad. BUT ... they were ALL for Tuesdays in the early morning. We normally don't do Tuesday appts when my husband has to go with me because he has to go into the office on that day. He took this day at home for THIS appt. AND I have some medical things that make mornings my WORST time of day. I try to make all my appts after about 11:00 am, later if possible. I am in so much pain in the morning that getting going is insane. So on Sunday we faxed them to cancel all those appts, stating we will call to reschedule. So this morning (Monday) I called. Tori was SO RUDE! When I asked if she got the fax, she didn't even answer me. When I told her I need to delete the these appts and reschedule them, she RUDELY AND STERNLY said "ALL 5 OF THEM!!!" I said "Yes, all 5 of them. Also, Maggie only needs to see me for one or two more appts and then I'm done anyway." (This is because she teaches us how to do MLD at home on our own. This is common with this therapy. So then Tori asked me what time tomorrow I could reschedule for, I was looking at my calendar and finally told her 1:00 pm. THEN she tells me Maggie doesn't have ANYTHING until April 10th. REALLY??? NOW YOU TELL ME!!! How about "Maggie doesn't have anything until April 10th, so what would be your best days and times after that?" Tori has no business working the front desk of ANY business. She gives them a bad name. I have read other bad reviews from people who won't go back to this location BECAUSE OF HER. I won't either. I cancelled all my appts and I will go to another clinic, even though I have to drive twice as far to get there. I know I will be treated well there because I've been there before. I chose Summit because it was closer. But Tori was the straw that breaks the camels back. Summit should find someone else to work their front desk. She is the FACE of Summit in Snohomish and she makes them look VERY BAD.

I received excellent care and recovered most of the use of my hand and fingers. Jerade was simply great! From the initial scheduling phone call to the end, I had a wonderful experience. The scheduler handled my insurance, reached out to my Dr. for a referral and scheduled me several weeks out so I didn't have to worry about that later. Lexi was my PT and she was the best. Because I'm pregnant I was limited in what I could manage; she modified stretches and made sure I was comfortable while still providing relief. I reported my pain level an 8/10 at our first appointment and by the last one, it was 3/10. I'm still doing stretches daily and while it flares up every now and then, I can function again. I received massage therapy for about a year here with a good therapist who took his job and my health very seriously, but he left. They have been booking way out and have not hired anyone else, so I had to take an appt. elsewhere as I am a 66 y.o. woman with quite severe hip, neck, back, and knee pain. When I came in last week on my spring break (I'm a teacher), I tweaked my upper hip getting out of the car, and went inside. I paid my copay, and was waiting for Mia to come out. The front office staff member told her I had pulled on a muscle, so when Mia came out I explained that I better not have that area worked on, and also at my one appt. I could find a week before, the therapist used hot stones around my neck, and together with the high stress I'm under (my mother is dying and daughter in crisis), I was recovering from a stress rash around my neck, so please don't work there. But I still needed to get relief/have the long awaited treatment on my lower hips, upper back, legs, arms, etc., to which she replied with a rude tone of voice and facial expression: "For An Hour??" I tried to explain that yes, I needed it, as my steady therapy was not available. She then said: " I have a waiting list of 100 people". I said, I'm here waiting to get help for my pain and you're telling me about how many people are on your wait list? To which she said: "I didn't say that"... (a complete lie-she just said it). So..... Her attitude of complete lack of concern for the clients welfare, lack of professionalism, care or intention to H-E-L-P me get the therapy for which I came there, lead me to never want to go back again. She is not fit to serve as a health care provider, and even though our region has a shortage of massage therapists, you want to avoid going to IRG Silverlake with Mia, who will treat you rudely and inappropriately if she feels like it, no integrity whatsoever. Also in the one prior appt. I had with her, it was at a very lackluster and mediocre skill level. I would like to add that the director did call me and took notes on what happened, and did apologize, which was appreciated. I do think that based on my experience over the year, that he Does Care about the quality of service they provide to their clients seeking treatment from pain and mobility issues. However, their lack of hiring someone to cover the need of clients for three months is troubling (I don't know to what extent he is responsible). Health Care is in a seriously difficult situation though now, financially and otherwise, and I had tried to give the benefit of the doubt, until being treated with such a low level of concern for the welfare of my health, and the basics of how to treat a client with courtesy and care. This place runs like a PT factory. I had my assessment done by one PT, then unexpectedly saw a new…read morePT for the next visit, a PTA after that and finally a third PT. Everyone was kind and professional. The first two clinicians came off as inexperienced though, and provided instructions that were directly contradictory which left me confused. I finally clarified with the PTA and after that, followed the recommendations diligently. What I also found quite odd is that all clinicians had me do the exact same exercises in person as I was assigned to do at home while billing my insurance almost $300 for providing a skilled service -- but they added NOTHING to them. No increasing difficulty, no feedback or critique. Nothing. In fact, the PTA would just tell me to do a certain number of reps and then walk away. But I was desperate for pain relief and wrote it off as "it takes time" yada yada... At 7 weeks with no improvement, I finally called and requested a re-evaluation due to lack of progress. THAT should not be my job, and I think they would have just kept going if I hadn't advocated for myself, which is unacceptable IMO. I then saw the third PT who was excellent with manual techniques which provided a mild to moderate temporary benefit sometimes but no lasting pain relief. All this while I had been waiting for insurance approval for an RFA procedure. When my insurance company denied it, I called and asked for a list of my appointment dates to include in documentation for an appeal process. I was told that I would have to go through an outside agency to get this info as well as to sign a release form even though I was just requesting the information for myself. The agency contacted me 2 weeks later with an invoice for $21. Unbelievable. I also asked for a simple, short letter from one of the PT's stating that I had been compliant with the treatment plan and continued to be in pain. I was told that this could be done but there was no follow up at all. As a healthcare clinician myself, I am really disappointed by unnecessary administrative policies interfering with patient standard of care. In sum, this place could work for you if your issue is extremely clear and straightforward, or if you just need external motivation to do the work (or if you like loud country music...) -- but the consistency and quality of care appears to be poor for more complex issues.

These people are just hands down the best. They genuinely CARE about the people that they are…read moreworking with. I would never go anywhere else for therapy. These are very cool people who are professional and know exactly what they are doing. They are super helpful during therapy sessions and even give solid homework exercises. My wife and I have both been treated here and have had nothing but great experiences. It is a fun and happy place to go to even if you are dealing with pain.
