Great experience at the store with Whit. He got me everything I needed for my deck replacement without a heavy sales pitch but still provided the info to make an informed decision. Their prices are fair and they deliver free on the island within 2 days. The delivery guy's forklift skills were impressive. I needed to have the pallet stored in my garage. He got it up a steep driveway, turned it horizontally, and pushed it in so that I can still park one car in there. Well done! read more

Discovered this fantastic hidden gem today. I have been trying to find a replacement for a broken window latch and a broken slider handle. But could not find them anywhere and the manufacturers website was no help at all. I finally found a Cascade Lumber sticker hidden on the frame of one of the windows. I was able to find a number and spoke with Erik. He was so helpful. I took pictures and went down there right away. I was able to get both of the parts and Erik said he can help me with the needed replacement window information too. It may not be easy to find but this place is more than worth the effort. And everyone is very nice. I'll definitely be going back there as I find more things that need to be replaced and repaired. read more

We built a home in Stanwood 2016 and cascade lumber was always on top of it delivered all supplies when requested and on TIME.... Michelle the window contact was fabulous and took the time for us to look at a window designs not being pushy after we picked the windows she had them delivered In a timely manner allowing the job to continue in a timely manner. Was always willing to re-pick up extra supplies that were ordered and on one time when we ordered the wrong items they quickly pick those up and brought the right item without any complaining. We needed a sliding glass door handle and couldn't find the right size for our door anywhere! We were able to find out that our windows were ordered through Cascade Lumber and they did everything to get us a new one. They didn't even charge us for the handle, a $30 cost. No one does that!! They are the best and we'll go back there for any of our lumber/window needs. read more

These guys are great. They carry a high quality stock of wood, have a huge lumber yard, have great prices (even if you aren't a contractor), usually deliver to the island same day if ordered early enough in the morning, take checks if you are local, and if you order something they happened to be out of (lengths), they give you the next length up for the trouble. I have never had a problem with their billing. If you order something, and you weren't charged, go ahead and let them know! (referencing the negative review posted). We got a load of lumber for a cabin project. We emailed a lumber list, got a price on it and ordered the quoted lumber. We called in our credit card number to pay for order and it was delivered on time on the correct date. The quality is excellent, much better than anything you could find at big box stores where everything is picked over. We highly recommend Cascade. read more
