They supplied a concrete mix for our $30,000 driveway pad, front walkway, back patios, and firepit that resulted in severe, permanent blotching and discoloration across the entire installation. Our experience with their management and ownership has been incredibly frustrating: Acknowledgement of Responsibility: The company has acknowledged responsibility for the faulty concrete product numerous times, even stating this happened to at least one other customer. Broken Reimbursement Agreement: The owner, Erik Christoferson, explicitly agreed to reimburse us for the cost of the concrete due to the faulty product issues. However, that promised payment was never sent. Communication Breakdown: For over 12 months, we were given assurances of a solution and next steps. Now, the company has completely cut off contact. The owner no longer returns our phone calls, and staff members block us from speaking with management. Unfulfilled Claims: While their marketing emphasizes customer service and long-term relationships, our personal experience has been the exact opposite. We paid for materials that compromised our property's appearance AND value, and the company has walked away from their promise to resolve the financial damage.
