While talking to the manager, I mentioned I tried a capacitor that was a different size which didn't work so I figured I needed to buy the right size and asked her if that could have been the problem with the one I had bought. She said the size shouldn't matter and that there was something else wrong with the heat pump, and that she could have a technician come to our house later this morning. The technician arrived, replaced our compactor which took approximately 5 minutes and waited an additional 20 minutes to make sure it continued to work. This $55 capacitor which my husband had intended to purchase ended up costing us over $400 for a 5 minute job. What a rip off!!!!

We have great warranties, and they respond to any problems imediately if possible. He even checked to make sure the drain line was not clogged, again, something the previous maintenance person failed to do. We reached out to friends for recommendations fir a second opinion and 2 friends told us to call Nomad. They were out in less than 2 hours and they didn't see the problems that the other company saw. They did some research and fixed our unit for under $900.00, We will never use anyone else but Nomand and have already recommended them to several friends.

The line set was kinked, poorly supported, and shoved through my wall with zero protection--leaving my system at risk of failure and my home at risk of damage. Multiple HVAC professionals have told me the install is so bad it needs a full tear-out and correction. This company's negligence has cost me time, stress, and thousands in repairs.
