I had a mammogram in Nov., 2021 at this facility. They were very professional and efficient. Also quick and thorough. My only complaint is the time it took for results, and they were mailed. It would be nice if they could be part of the My Chart system with St. Charles clinics, or have their own portal to link the two. read more

I have been to this facility numerous times for a number of imaging needs. I have always left feeling like they run like a well oiled machine. Everyone from the greeting/Covid screener at the front door, to the front desk staff is so engaging and kind. Always a really GOOD experience there. I have not had a good experience with CMI. When I went to the band location someone who is training under the person I was doing my biopsy mentioned that "they didn't want to get into this field because they didn't want to look at breast all day" honestly I'd switch them in a heartbeat than sitting worrying about a biopsy for breast cancer... sorry they have to sit there looking at my breast. Then when I had to have a follow up MRI at the Redmond location they never mentioned that I need to time it with my cycle so now I have to reschedule and the person hill was checking me in for my MRI didn't seem too bothered by the fact that this not only prolong my results but it's also a complete inconvenience. Now somehow I have to requalify the time frame so that my insurance covers it. This has all been a major hassle on top of the worry of wanting to know the results of whether or not I have breast cancer.I can't say I have had many people who understand this whole process is scary and uncertain and they could be a little more understanding . read more
