Her facility is clean and orderly with all of the accoutrements that comes along with getting a colon hydrotherapy session. She uses disposable one time use speculums, essential oils and a "closed" hydrotherapy system. And the closed system also allows a very slow gravity fed fill of the colon and pulsing of the tube while she expertly massages your abdomen and works on pressure points in the calves and feet. and she is very responsive to the pace at which you'd like to proceed. Can offer a lot of knowledge on effective treatments of Lyme disease. There's a reason why gastroenterology surgeons feel comfortable referring to her as well. Bonus! There are almost no people (with contra indications) who cannot benefit from colon hydrotherapy with a skilled professional therapist. A healthy colon is essential to health and well-being.

She also made great recommendations about some supplements which could help me while waiting for the appointment. This was also my first colonic using a closed system and she was amazing at explaining how it worked and kept me at ease during the whole process. I will absolutely be back!

It's noon on a Thursday so I got the whole place to myself. The only things I would say needs improvement is none of the lockers had functioning or working keys/locks so I couldn't safely secure my personal items and I had some anxiety about leaving my items in the women's room unsecured. Another issue was the shower faucet took a few minutes to warm up and I wasn't warned about it so I fiddled with it so much at first that I just ended up taking a cold shower. It just would have been a good idea if they just told me how to turn on the faucet and to wait a few minutes for the warm water to kick in, when they gave me the tour. And the button for the body wash kept popping off. So just some minor things need updating. The steam room was fantastic tho! I love the mix of eucalyptus. It really helped my stuffy sinuses. The hot tub is amazing! I love how the seats kinda cradle your butt. I usually have a hard time in hot tubs cuz they push me off the seat. But not with this design! It's wonderfully made and I love the stars and candles. I didn't think it'd use the "cool plunge " but once I realized it wasn't cold it was much needed after over heating myself from the steam room and hot tub. I didn't think I would enjoy the UV room but I actually did! It was very relaxing. The hot tea and snacks are also a bonus. Just a very well done business idea and something I've been looking for. I think the price is more than reasonable for what you're getting. I'll be back! I did mention a couple of my concerns with the staff and it sounds like they do plan on getting new locks in the future so I really hope they live up to that because they have you sign a wavier that basically says they are not liable for stolen items. I have trust issues and have had things stolen out of lockers in my past so this is kind of a big concern of mine that I just hope they can fix quickly. Thanks again Santé spa! You have a new fan. I'm coming back with friends and or family next time!

Arrived at 4:30pm-10:45pm, over 6 hours from the beginning to end. Yes is was fairly busy but I didn't think all that busy. Secondly, the restroom and the examination room were dirty, I mean gross. The underside of the toilet seat needed cleaned and the floor needed mopped. Worst of all, after the waiting and getting to the exam room, there was what we thought was fecal matter on the control panel of the bed. I cleaned the matter up using rubber gloves and wipes that were on the exam room. I am so happy I have different and better health ins.

Days to resolve a broken toe…read more My husband fell down the stairs in our home with our toddler. This happened on a Sunday. I was pretty sure he broke it, but he decided to wait until Monday morning to call the doctor to schedule an appointment. Monday morning rolls around and he makes the call at 8am. Dr. Goswami, not his usual general practitioner, saw him that same day. Great! She orders him to get an Xray done. After the Xray, we wait for her assistant to give us the results that it was, in fact, a broken toe at the joint area. My husband has been in a lot of pain hobbling around, so it was nice to hear that we would get this resolved immediately. We were told he would get a call from a referred orthopedic and someone would drop off a boot at our home for him to wear (at 10am Tuesday). Tuesday rolls around. We've been waiting the rest of the day Monday and Tuesday morning to get a call from this orthopedic. No call. My husband calls in to check up on the status and the assistant tells us that Dr. Goswami called in to the wrong referred orthopedic. The orthopedic was for a broken knee/hip when my husband needs one for his foot. So, essentially we could've waited forever if we didn't call in because it was the wrong doctor. My husband ended up spending 2 hours out of his work day to find the right orthopedic to call covered under our health insurance. 2 hours. That's 2 hours of figuring out who to talk to, talking on the phone, and then leaving a voicemail with that orthopedic. Meanwhile, at 10am, the lady comes to our home and has two types of prescribed boots/shoes. BOTH are wrong. They're for a broken ankle. One shoe my husband tried on has his toes exposed! So much for this immediate service. We're at the step of now going to the correct orthopedic on Wednesday morning and approaching day 3 of his injury/healing process. When someone has a fracture, it shouldn't take days to resolve. We're hoping the doctor doesn't have to re-break his toe to set it correctly on the 3rd day. We find it difficult to trust our bodies with medical professionals when they cannot provide an expedient, accurate service.

The medical center is easily navigated, with a volunteer near the entrance to help you find what you're looking for. Parking is usually easy to obtain although it can be crowded depending on the time of day and the day of the week that one is visiting the medical center. The restrooms are clean and fully stocked. The center itself is neat and clean. Oregon Clinic Cardiology is difficult to contact, with return calls often not addressing what the message was. My own cardiologist has been a challenge to work with but the facility itself is decent. I hope that Oregon Clinic Cardiology can take a "customer service note" from Legacy and up their game to match my experience with Legacy's excellent customer service.

They do this to my best friend and I'll never forgive myself for not speaking up more but these women are pure evil. They're tactic is to terrify you by saying the babies life is at risk and then they swap out the nurse and the doctor last minute. I've heard of the story many times and I didn't think it would happen to her, but then it did literally verbatim. Do not have your child here. Have a natural birth. Don't let these monsters scare you into making them money and putting your baby and your life at risk.
