When it was delivered to my location, the staff on site during pickup failed to give the transportation company the keys to the RV and it was locked. A call to the company resulted in having the keys sent priority express for next day delivery. All in all it was a good experience and a good buy. It was a good value. I would buy from them again.

I did a request in Yelp for Upholstery and they responded quickly within 24 hrs. A few others responded but didn't want to do the work. So we brought them after negotiations and were done within the time frame allotted. I did take the foam out to cold wash and hang dry my covers. I will not recommend trying to even put them back together. We struggled! Lol. After getting them back on THEN we UTube how to.....!!! That way would have been much easier. So now we know. I'm very happy and can't wait to get them back in the RV so I can sit comfortably!! Hehe

RVER's BEWARE WITH GOOD GUYS RV REPAIR IN PUYALLUP, WA I do…read morenot like posting bad reviews, but I must warn others about this company. Took my RV in to have them install a Hott Rod conversion kit on my water heater. Not sure where they buy their parts, but they charged me $203.95 for the kit, which you can buy the same kit on Amazon for $102.44, and Camping World sells it for $113.29. This is only the beginning with this company, because when we went to pick up our RV, the employee showed us the work that he performed and we noticed that someone ransacked the whole inside, and there were lots of items missing. Asked the employee when this happened and he said it was like that when he started the work on it, which was 7 days after we dropped it off, because they had to order the part. We went back into the office and spoke to the manager Daniel, and he came out to our RV like nothing had happened, and both him and the other employee were both oblivious that it was ransacked. REALLY, the manager asked if we have insurance, and said you must have left a window unlocked, and went around the RV on the other side and sides the window open. WRONG, I do a precheck whenever we go out with our RV, and one on my list is to check the windows to make sure they are closed and locked. Which they were locked when we dropped it off. Later that day I called and spoke to Daniel to see if they checked their video surveillance and if any other RVs were broken into. He said that he did not see anything in their video surveillance. I filed a police report and went to the sheriff department and spoke with officer Mayor on the issue, and she gave me a card to give to the manager, Daniel, because they wanted copies of their video surveillance. Went back 11 days later and asked Daniel if he had sent over the video surveillance to the sheriff department and for the name of the officer, he sent it to. His response was I called them and told them he did not have any video surveillance for them and does not remember whom he spoke to. WOW, so he lied to the sheriff department. Something is very suspicious with this whole thing, and they sure showed a lot of red flags to me. How can they be so oblivious and dishonest to their customers, for the condition inside my RV by not saying anything when they called me to let me know the work was done, nor did they say anything when we arrived and went into the office to pay the bill. WOW REALLY! CONS: Suspicious, Over Pricing on Parts, Dishonest, Theft and Security Issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TAKE YOUR RV HERE.

The trailer was in the process of being detailed. It was clean on the outside, but in bad shape on the inside. There was water damage in the bathroom. Fresh caulking everywhere. So we looked at another trailer that the salesman claimed they took in on a trade. There were dealership plates on the trailer and they were not theirs. Then the price was not realistic for the year. No matter what shape it was in. Salesman was a bit smug when he was caught in a lie. I took my cash and left. I've had my fill of wholesale lots.

Billie answered (I confirmed that I was speaking to Billie) but claimed that I had not communicated with him and that it must have been his son. I asked for his son's phone number but he refused. He told me that he would pass my phone number to his son and that he would call right away. I waited and the call never came so I sent a message informing him/them that I was no longer interested in selling to him/them. Definitely not someone I'd recommend doing business with.
