(I had just replaced…read morethem) , this they falsified needed repairs. then 3 days later the brake caliper feel off of the rear rotor coming off of the pass at vantage at the Columbia river. luckily no one died. they haven't accepted any responsibility for the shoddy workmanship. also they changed the oil and it was a quart low. when I checked it. this was in 3 days of their service. the truck doesn't burn any oil. They did a great job but due to the nature of a 18 yr old coming in saying he did a full 6in lift kit by himself and all he wanted was a alignment is skeptical to say the least ALSO ONE OF THE ONLY SHOPS AROUND THAT DOES ALIGNMENTS ON LIFTED TRUCKS The alignment itself: honestly pretty good however have a slight lean to drivers side which they blamed the tires for (it didn't do that previously with my 3.5in lift) which was not the culprit I later found culprit to be the lower control arm bolts due to finding that the bolt side is stationary with the alignment washers while the nut locks position of them into place and finding one washer isn't aligned the same way on opposite side meaning the bolt is stripped were the washer is most likely due to tightening on wrong side which very well could of been my fault during install of lift kit. it's a 10$ bolt and 4$ washers and I'm not gonna be blaming anybody unless I know for sure who it was especially over 14$. Customer service: absolutely amazing they were really nice people very transparent with me and helped me look at pricing for tires that I needed regardless of if it was effecting alignment or not. Also hooked me up with a goodie bag!!! Also bilingual! About the techs: Occasionally they would come in to the waiting area to ask me about something that the techs wanted to know (the techs are mostly Spanish speaking which I can understand but not speak fluently) and the techs are thorough with what they need to do they test drove it more than once and made some small tweaks. Extra notes: I did get a few questions about what a sound could be I told them they could bend the rotor dust sheild because I was planning on replacing it anyway (yes that was the issue) The bad: the damn pothole in-front of the shop is the worst part of the experience I swear one day (if it hasn't happened already) it will take off someone's bumper or side skirt it's a 4in deep hole that they need to go around or through

"Not when I brought it in" I said and was told that that's not their problem. They had done a diagnostic when I dropped the truck off and there's no mention of a check engine light. I brought it back in and they found that my glow plugs went out. "That happens all the time and we won't fix it for you unless you pay us" is what their mechanic Josh actually told me. Well it happened in their shop but I suspect it does happen quite a bit in there. So to sum it up be prepared to get your vehicle back in worse shape than when you brought it in and that you'll have to foot the bill for it.

But this time, the owner Steve was rude, unprofessional, and misleading, and our car left with a new issue that they caused and refused to fix and is now having the same problem that we took it in for less than 6 months later. Our car was having issues starting and lights on the dashboard were out like the speedometer and gas gauge. When we brought it in, Steve kept getting our car confused with other cars and originally quoted us the wrong work. Then he called back and said they had the wrong car, quoted us for new alternator and battery. We asked about the dashboard lights to get the full quote and he impatiently said they couldn't even look at that yet. He refused to talk about it, said he needed to do the other work, which didn't seem true but we decided to go ahead with the other work since it was already there. He called after the initial repairs and said they noticed the dashboard lights were out, like that was something new. And that their electrical guy was out of town for 2 weeks. I asked why they never told us that upfront, we could have waited to bring it in, and he claimed we'd never mentioned the issue! I mentioned it in detail when I scheduled the appointment and me and my partner had brought it up several times since, every time we talked to him, including a few hours ago that same day. It was confusing and sort of scary. I couldn't tell if he truly forgot, which seemed impossible, or was being intentionally manipulative. He suggested we drive the car home and bring it back in a couple weeks for the other repair. When I said it was dangerous and illegal to drive without the speedometer or gas gauge readable, he said it was "only a mile" so it was fine. He essentially advised us to break the law and risk our safety. We said to just keep it there until they could do the repair. They had our car for almost A MONTH waiting for the electrical guy then having it seen at an electrical shop because they couldn't figure out how to fix it. When the repairs were finally done, he called and said, "It's fine if the new odometer reading is 30,000 miles higher than the old one, right?" What?? Apparently replacing that part with a used one changed the reading and there's a way to fix it but he refused and said we'd need to do that elsewhere. We were given no warning that it would happen prior to the repair and we complained but he wouldn't make it right. Any time I tried to communicate my concerns about what was going on, Steve was downright mean and condescending. They gave our car a new issue and refused to fix it. It has an incorrect odometer reading that will cost extra money and time to fix. We were able to successfully dispute the charge for the dashboard repairs as it was clear the shop was in the wrong, but that doesn't fix the problem. And to top it off, less than six months later, the car is having starting problems again and one of the dash lights is out, so whatever they did didn't fix the underlying issue. Horrible repair shop, horrible experience. The whole thing was so stressful and upsetting and a waste of A LOT of money. I don't know what happened since a few years ago, but do not go here.
