Took my RV in to have them install a Hott Rod conversion kit on my water heater. Not sure where they buy their parts, but they charged me $203.95 for the kit, which you can buy the same kit on Amazon for $102.44, and Camping World sells it for $113.29. This is only the beginning with this company, because when we went to pick up our RV, the employee showed us the work that he performed and we noticed that someone ransacked the whole inside, and there were lots of items missing. Asked the employee when this happened and he said it was like that when he started the work on it, which was 7 days after we dropped it off, because they had to order the part. We went back into the office and spoke to the manager Daniel, and he came out to our RV like nothing had happened, and both him and the other employee were both oblivious that it was ransacked. REALLY, the manager asked if we have insurance, and said you must have left a window unlocked, and went around the RV on the other side and sides the window open. WRONG, I do a precheck whenever we go out with our RV, and one on my list is to check the windows to make sure they are closed and locked. Which they were locked when we dropped it off. Later that day I called and spoke to Daniel to see if they checked their video surveillance and if any other RVs were broken into. He said that he did not see anything in their video surveillance. I filed a police report and went to the sheriff department and spoke with officer Mayor on the issue, and she gave me a card to give to the manager, Daniel, because they wanted copies of their video surveillance. Went back 11 days later and asked Daniel if he had sent over the video surveillance to the sheriff department and for the name of the officer, he sent it to. His response was I called them and told them he did not have any video surveillance for them and does not remember whom he spoke to. WOW, so he lied to the sheriff department. Something is very suspicious with this whole thing, and they sure showed a lot of red flags to me. How can they be so oblivious and dishonest to their customers, for the condition inside my RV by not saying anything when they called me to let me know the work was done, nor did they say anything when we arrived and went into the office to pay the bill. WOW REALLY! CONS: Suspicious, Over Pricing on Parts, Dishonest, Theft and Security Issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TAKE YOUR RV HERE.

After trying several different ways to get up the drive, I sent a message to RV Hydronic Heat and More and Andrea returned the message in about 5 min or less. They were super accommodating and arranged for Tim to come over later in the afternoon, on a Sunday (same day). Andrea collected the necessary info, relayed the cost (very reasonable) and emailed me a quote. I got a call back to tell me what time Tim would be over and he showed up exactly when they said. Tim was very nice, took care of raising our jacks as much as possible and threw some boards down to make it all work perfectly. We are now all set up and I would highly recommend Tim and Andrea for whatever service you might need. Highly professional, reasonable rates, very responsive and efficient.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!…read more My RV awning was damaged by 70mph side winds going down I-5. The awning ripped the roof away as well. We stopped and got it back together. Reported it to insurance and brought it to Cascade. We had problems before and pulled it due to the time of repair exceeded our needs. This was 2 weeks for some fiberglass work. We stopped by and saw new RVs and Trailers being worked on. Not ours. With the second time we waited 10 months for the awning and roof repair. The fiberglass was added. Total was 4600 for it all to be done. When we noticed 5 months later we got a call from a friend asking where we were going with it. We replied we are in another vehicle. So we called and asked why the RV was moved. Dan said it was just turned around. After 10 months nothing was done and we had a hard time getting it out. Excuses like the parts. Nothing solid. Once we got it out we noticed things were not working. Like the hydraulics and the slider rooms. The fresh water filter was busted as it was froze. The hot water tank drain plug was removed. Not authorized and we figured it was prepared for a lengthy stay. We took it in June of 2021. We took it out April 2022. Ten months he had it. Nothing was done and we find that he allowed someone to test drive it. Someone we know. But he refuses to tell who. He refuses to tell why the work was delayed. Our note book page for the last entry was removed from the log book. The shop is a one man band. His phone sometimes works and 10 months of no work. We reported it to the Attorney General. Dan, the owner gave no response. So we are looking to take it to court to be compensated for loss of use and inexcusable delay of repair. Not a place to do business.

I called this guy in June to fix some wiring the batterie issues and water pump and flow issues…read morethey showed up quick installed my water pump but told me I had to get a rv batterie and that they couldn't do anything with wiring until I got that and to call them when I got it and they'd come finish it up i called for a week and a 1/2 after I got the battery and they never returned my call, but they charged me $1200 the day that they came and installed the water pump. That doesn't work this being the first time I've tried to use it. I would just like them to make it right. They were punctual on the service, but they didn't. Return my call, and they way overpriced me to install a water pump. That didn't work when I went to use it for the first time. It just hums, it doesn't pump any water.
