Delicious wings and cheese pizza. My family and I were very impressed. We normally get our pizza fix at Iron Pizza but decided to venture south and so glad we did. This is an update to my previous review. It seems like management has gotten involved and made a great effort to resolve my issues. We ordered a bunch of pizzas, three of which were margaritas where we added fresh chopped garlic. Jeff at the Rathdrum store took our order and said there is no longer an issue with adding fresh garlic to the margarita, although when we got them, there was no garlic on it. I am going to assume this was a mistake and I will be more diligent about checking next time I go, but at least I'm ready to continue going back. The store crew was super nice, a great improvement over this summer when we ordered all the pizzas for our family wedding, and they refused to put Garlic on as had been promised in the opening week. read more

Finally tried the main spot after a couple of months of being open. I've met the owners who are very nice and they live very near to me in Rathdrum ID. Brought the kids and some of our neighbors on a random Wednesday night. Couple things: -Please have small cups with lids for the kids waters if possible. We ordered four pies and they we're all brought out as one, unfortunately two of the pies were sitting at the counter below the AC vent for a good 5-7 min and the time they got to us, the No No pizza special was cold along with the Lo Lo. Please bring out the pizzas as they are done if possible. Pie was solid, not 30 dollars solid but I digress. Hoping this helps with the growth. Embers by the lake is still the spot to go but hoping Cascadia can compete one day. Update: The guy at the front was nice enough to hand us two coupons for the cold pizza. Will come back. read more

This review has to do with the way Cascadia runs their special event food truck. In my experience, they didn't keep their commitment, canceled with little notice...too late to find a replacement. No willingness to work through a solution. I simply cannot/will not do business with anyone who doesn't keep their word. It's what we do here. In idaho, As a life-long native North Idahoan, if we say "we're there," we are there. We don't put others in difficult situations at the 11th hour. Not cool, Cascadia! read more

My wife and I were passing through town and were in the mood for pizza. Gave this place a try for the first time, the staff was extremely friendly, and the pizza was wonderful and came out really quick. We did an order of Cascadia breadsticks (five stars), a Margarita pizza, and another one that had chicken on it and at the moment I can't remember what it was called on the menu. All three were delicious! We will definitely be coming back. They had a great patio area as well as inside seating. Definitely worth a stop. read more

We've heard good things so gave it a try. Very disappointing. The cheese on the pizza was melted, not browned. We paid $30 for a large pizza that didn't have much flavor to it. The beer tasted water downed. We won't be returning. They do have a decent patio for outdoor seating, next to the railroad tracks. read more

Food, service, ambiance, everything was amazing. Even though the train went by often, they were amazing to watch and not as loud as you think. We sat outside and will continue to sit outside everytime we come til it's too cold. The food was awesome. We got the Tahoma on gluten free and a Big G. They were great. The pizza crust was good, but the toppings were very skimpy. We had a Margarita pizza that had basil on only a few slices and the mozzarella cheese was very skimpy too. We waited an hour for our salad which was basically a bag of mixed greens thrown in a large bowl, again very skimpy on the salad topping, the cheese was undetectable and they gave you a very small container of dressing. I stumbled across this gem while searching for a good place to have lunch with my daughter and grandchildren. Upon entering we were graciously greeted by a gentleman named JD. He made sure we were aware of the best items on the menu although too many to remember:) the staff was amazing to say the least and the food was absolutely sensational and fresh home made. What made it even better is the atmosphere, finally a place here in Idaho that is modern country, open and bright with a seating area outside under cover with a view of the quaint town complete with authentic seating benches made from American truck tailgates. My favorite items were the apple pie pizza for desert and the fresh green caesar. I am definitely going back and looking forward to seeing JD and the friendly staff. read more

TLDR: Great pizza, better service, the owner and his staff go out of their way to make you happy My wife came back from a girls day at the river with our two boys and we decided to order some of these excellent pizzas. We have always loved it here. She came in with our infant and my 9 year old. When she made her order with our fussy baby on her chest, the staff asked to expedite the order. The owner, Raffi, noticed partially through the order that they had made a slightly different pie. So they immediately fired the one we ordered, and gave us the first pizza. She walked out with much more (delicious) food than we ordered. And, I am so thankful that this place was looking out for my family and trying to make our experience as good as possible. read more

The online menu says gluten free available for an extra $4 for a 10 inch crust. Seemed pretty steep for a tiny crust but decided to give it a try. I ordered a pizza with chicken and the man behind the counter said I couldn't have chicken as it wasn't gluten free. 90% of the pizzas have chicken. The crust is a very thin, not a lot of flavor. You order at the counter, get your own drinks, which are just soda, no tea except in the cooler for $3.50 for a small bottle. But you are expected to give an 18-30% tip to serve yourself. The toppings on the pizza are sparse. The music was very loud so hard to have a conversation. I wanted to like this place, but won't be back. I definitely was not impressed. read more

Absolutely love this place. Location is right in the middle of quaint "downtown" Rathdrum. Indoor dining is open yet comfy - but the outdoor patio dining is fun, especially when the train comes by, loved it! I always order the 12" Buckley ( fresh mozzarella, sausage, pepperoni, Mama Lil's Peppers topped with goat cheese). Hands down my favorite pizza joint. read more

So we decided to give them a second try after making comments about oven being too hot and burning both sides of pizza hoping the owner made some changes. The first night seemed like a grand opening and the place was packed, maybe they just had a rough first start. On the second visit I ordered a small cheese pizza thinking there is no way to screw that up. I was right! The oven temp has been lowered and the pizza was perfectly cooked, not burnt, and bottom was NOT soggy. Only one black bubble blister and no burnt bottom. I again asked the wife's opinion before making mine and she said it was better and she liked it. I also liked the pizza. I am not leaving 5 stars for the following reason. When I was handed the box with the pizza in it it felt like nothing was in it. The crust is too thin for my liking and there is very little food there. I could easily eat 2-3 of the small pizzas. I am a normal sized guy also. The crust need to be thicker. Not thick crust and not super thin crust but "normal" crust and there needs to be some substance there. I mean when the small pizza box feels like its empty and you are hungry, its not a great situation. I will end with this. The oven temp was correct, the pizza was good but just not enough (the small 14 dollar pizza). I am not paying 30 for a medium pizza. read more
