There are very limited courier services in Eugene/Springfield, and even fewer that will deliver between Eugene and Springfield on a weekend. When I finally called Courtesy Delivery Service, it was Saturday, and I did not have high hopes. Marc took my call and was incredibly kind and helpful - he said he could get someone to do it, and gave me a quote upfront for a very reasonable price given that it was a Sunday and a Holiday. On delivery day he kept me informed about the timing of the pickup, and even went the extra mile when he arrived and no one was answering (because my mom was in the back garden), he called me, so I could get ahold of her, to make sure that she got her delivery (instead of just leaving it on the doorstep). I will be keeping their number in my phone for any future deliveries I need to have made in my hometown. So grateful for all their help and service.
