Instead of just pointing me back to Uber, they went above and beyond to make it right. They honored my order, even threw in a free cheesesteak, and treated me like a valued customer the entire time. The food absolutely delivered. The cheesesteak was excellent, and the whoopie pie was one of the best I've had in a long time. As a New England transplant, I also really enjoyed chatting with the owner. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he serves. Great food, great people, and customer service that's increasingly hard to find these days. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend giving Wicked Cheesesteaks a try.

I order a great deal of prime and Waygu beef from Allen Bros. , and Lobel's of NY. I get 2 day…read moreservice from both although Allen Bros. Is frozen. Both are excellent sources of prime dry aged beef or Waygu. I decided to go in and look around and maybe ask a few questions since I go by the place frequently when going to the Publix shopping center. Walked in to see almost all packaged beef (not a big issue) but apparently the owner who was up front took a look at me and decided, I wasn't important looking enough to even say hello. He stood at that register in the front, in a deep personal conversation with obviously his friend. I spent about 3 minutes looking around and he never moved to try to assist me or ask if he could help me or answer any questions. I was having a dinner party at my home on one of the isles off Las Olas Blvd. I left knowing absolutely nothing about the offerings or his establishment. I ordered about $1500 worth of prime Dry aged 18oz NY strips and Filets from Lobel's in Ny. (Lobel's is fresh never frozen and shipped refrigerated with cold packs by FedEx). It was some of the best steak we've ever had and we know good steak. (Regulars at Peter Luger's when in NY) No need to go back when Lobel's makes it so easy and they pay attention to their customers.
