It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed. This is the first time I have ever taken something in to be fixed somewhere and had it come back to me worse than it was before.

I spoke with the manager this morning and he was rude with me saying that the machine could not be repaired. He hung the phone up. I spent $600. Took my Xbox Series X with no display to them to get looked at, they didn't even go into the…read moresystem, they opened the back but the motherboard screws were not even touched, the Sata cable I also needed reattached was still unattached, the disc drive power cable was unplugged when I brought it to them and it was still unplugged when I picked it up, in the same spot as I had it, they told me it didn't even start but I verified it did before I took it. If you need basic screen replacement, sure, they are probably fine, it's an easy enough job, but if you need actual diagnosis and repairs, I would avoid, very nice to deal with, friendly but not worth the three days it took for them to tell me less info than what I told them when I dropped it off.
