Location is easy to get around. Parking lot wasnt full so I was able to park without any issues. We didnt try any food since we were just wine tasting . Their dinner doesnt start until 5pm. Area itself was really nice. There is an island for people to be surrounded by Koi fish but its only for 2 large groups (or 1) of 8+. You can be able to feed the koi fish for free. Just had to ask. Dog friendly (they have to be leashed) and kid friendly too. Would go again in the future

Lake Chelan doesn't have much in terms of high-quality vegetarian or plant-based gourmet options, but Bear Foods was a massively delightful surprise! The store is absolutely PACKED with things that I wanted to look at and take home. I was impressed with how many things they stocked that were items I've only seen online and never seen sold in stored. We took a super long time through the coffee and tea isle and ultimately took a few boxes and tins home with us because their selection was so good. Their cheeses and gourmet snacks area was well stocked, and I could see how some of the vacationing non-locals could keep a business like this afloat even with their considerable prices. I really wanted to go back, but we were in the area for a wedding and our timeline just didn't allow it to happen. Otherwise, I probably would have brought home a lot more of their amazing goodies! Only downside for me was that during our time there, there was a mask mandate, and not a single person working there was masked. I thought that was an odd thing to have despite the state's requirements and especially because they were a grocery store and having significant contact with patrons. We ordered a half cheese/half olive and Canadian bacon pizza, along with an Alfredo pasta, and we were happy with everything we ate. Unfortunately, the service and atmosphere were a completely different story. The manager, Gregory H took our order and apparently left his manners somewhere else. He didn't greet us, barely acknowledged us, and I had to loudly say "thank you" multiple times because I was being completely ignored. While we were sitting there, I watched other customers go up to the counter needing things, and instead of paying attention to them, he seemed more interested in being on his phone. There was also no music playing at all, which made the restaurant awkwardly quiet and honestly made the lack of customer service even more noticeable. It's disappointing because the food was genuinely good, but good customer service and atmosphere matter too--especially when you're dining in. A simple greeting, acknowledgment, some music, and basic courtesy would've made this a completely different experience.
