Burger Bummer: Were looking for a yummy lunch spot and a place to eat with our pooches in tow. We've been here many times before, with mixed success in meals. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We've sat a number of times on the back patio with our dogs. We were told this time however, our dogs are not allowed on the back patio because too many dogs have been peeing on the turf, however, there were many tables that were on concrete and our pooches were on leashes, but whatev.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They set us up with a table out front under an umbrella, which actually turned out really nice and quiet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu said they serve Pepsi products, but it turns out they have Coke AND Pepsi which we were thrilled about since we're not Pepsi fans . We received our cokes with limes and set about ordering. My husband and I decided to share a cheeseburger and fries as well as a side salad. Our daughter ordered the chicken taco salad.. side salad was amazing tons of fresh, romaine, lettuce, chopped into the right sized pieces carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, sunflower, seeds, so yummy. Our daughter loved her taco salad. It was so big. She couldn't eat it all and it looked so nice upon serving with the chips around it. The descent into a bummer meal came with the burger. The menu stated 1/3 pound Angus beef. The patty was clearly frozen and not handmade, came partially warm and cold in different parts of it. It oozed with water, no flavor and the texture was horrid. Loved the fries if they had actually been hot. I'm sure we'll come back sometime again in the future, but will never order the burger again!!

$28 for 12 chicken wings. Need I say any more? I had to ask the server if that was an error when I got the check. He checked and confirmed it was correct. I said WOW NOT ORDERING THAT AGAIN. we used to come here a lot like ten years. The truth is that the food is just line food from Cisco food services, not really food that they make just crummy premade that they prepare. We asked where the clams were from... They checked and said Cisco. And I'm not talking about San Francisco lol I will not be back here for another 10 years. The truth is that most restaurants in Chelan suck, and Marcella's downtown and Laguna Grill in Manson are really two of the only places where you will get good prices and good food with good service. Campbell's is overpriced by a lot, and the Landing is as well. I have lived here for about 12 years and I can say with great conviction that Chelan needs better restaurant options

We found this restaurant on Yelp while traveling through the area. We were wanting something different but local. The food portions were perfect. The salad was amazing and the Reuben sandwich with a hand cut fries were a perfect combination. We had a chance to meet the owner and chat with her, very friendly environment and we will definitely come back again!

Grilled peanut butter and jelly! Intrigued? I was. Yes, it was on the kids menu. Yes, I shamelessly ordered it anyway, as an appetizer. Every bite was delicious. Drinks were fabulous. The Bloody Mary has a crispy piece of bacon, which tops it off nicely. I loved the Rueben, it was a great one. I had tastes of the Mac N Cheese (kids menu) - I recommend. This is a gray spot in Chelan. They have a roomy outdoor patio, that looked like it would be lively if not for COVID & social distancing.

We came back in for the Drunken Clams and were not disappointed. They were as good as they were the last time. The Mac and Cheese was probably one of the best I've ever had. I'd get that again too. My friend got the Lumpia and we loved those as well. The service was great even when I had to return the baguette because it was way too chewy and inedible. They brought out some warmed sourdough bread as a replacement and it was perfect for dunking into the broth. We had a great lunch.

Service was quick and food was pretty good overall. I can see how this would be disappointing reviewers upset about service and bad food, but it actually exceeded the expectations set out by these reviews. I liked my caesar salad and the fries were very thin and crispy with good ranch. The alfredo wasn't the best choice and the sandwiches were fine too! [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was plenty of outdoor shady seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Surprised I have never reviewed this one as I've been here several times and the food is always delicious. Stopped by again last week while on a last minute trip and it was great. Forgot to take photos of the food but the margaritas we had were also delicious. Be nice to the staff, everyone is struggling to get enough employees onboard, especially as we enter busy season. Everyone's doing their best and deserves extra tips right now. :) They have a nice big outdoor seating area in the back and a small area in the front. One of the best places for American food in town.

The wings..... Didn't think it was possible to ruin wings. Wrong! I highly don't recommend the wings. They tasted old freezer burnt and dried out. The French fries were even worse!! The oil must have been old. The service was great however.....

Does this restaurant allow dogs? or is it only on the patio?

Only on the front patio I believe facing the road, for sure not the cool back patio .. they have a couple tables and put out water for the dogs.

The mocktails were not only delicious but beautifully presented, which made them feel a little extra special. For appetizers we had the house bread & butter and the French onion soup. The bread was fresh and paired with a high-quality, creamy butter that tasted amazing. The French onion soup arrived in the cutest little pot with a lid and had a rich, savory flavor with perfectly melted cheese on top. Unfortunately, there were whole peppercorns in the soup (I fished out four), which was surprising and almost ruined an otherwise great dish. Entrées were a mix of hits and misses. The grilled salmon with dinner potatoes was the star of the night--perfectly cooked, flaky, and full of flavor. Absolutely spot on. The crab cakes were a good size with lots of crab and a nicely crisp exterior, but I did find pieces of crab shell in mine. The side salad that came with it was the biggest disappointment--no option to swap it out and the lettuce was visibly brown. We also ordered the mushroom pasta. I didn't personally try it, but it looked great; however, I was told the flavor was a bit lacking. Dessert totally redeemed any small issues--the chocolate mousse cake was incredibly decadent and rich. Definitely a must-try. I even took a slice home for my husband. Service was friendly and attentive, drinks were great, and most of the food was very good. Our total was close to $200 for three people, which felt fair for the quality and the occasion. Would come back again--especially for that salmon and the chocolate mousse cake--just hoping for a little more consistency next time

The standout was the carrots, it was my favorite surprisingly, beautifully roasted, naturally sweet, and layered over a rich, bright purée that made the whole dish feel special. I've had their wines many times at home, but hadn't been in for a visit and taste in many many years until this past Memorial Day weekend. Sadly, the winery experience to me was a little underwhelming. The grounds felt a little scattered, and the team working seemed a little cold to my in-laws (despite them being long time members and locals). The Sauvignon Blanc bottle we shared had the very distinct "cat pee" aroma that I couldn't get out of my nose. I had to choke it down. The views were beautiful and I know their other wines have been good, I'm just not sure if this is some place I'd come back to given all the many other fantastic options in the area.

Service: my boyfriend called to schedule a reservation. Number one I have a food allergy (onions,…read moreshallots, green onion and chive). He spoke at length to them about the allergy and if substitutions were made. We had the online menu and several of the dishes we were promised were onion free, including ciopinno. Now I make this at home. I am aware there are standard white onions in the broth. He doesn't know that, he just knows I love it. He clarified twice with whoever answered the phone. When he brought me, he had assured me they said it was onion free. *In a Morgan Freeman voice* it was in fact not onion free, nor were most of the dishes on the menu. I know better than to get too invested into any menu items prior for asking if it is safe. Second, we asked for a table with a view, preferably outside. This is primarily because of the onion allergy and he wanted a view. They put us in the middle of the dining hall. We asked about the view, the seating hostess "well this is the best view." There were three tables out on the patio. We had a view of a bridal party and bros who were spilling their drinks. I after a lengthy back and forth about food items, I was instructed to order protein and sides that were safe. What I ordered: scallops cooked in a butter, lemon and white wine sauce order a pasta of the chef's choosing. What she kept ordering were plain scallops, buttered noodles and a side of vegetables. I kept correcting her that I did not want buttered noodles. I stead of listening to me, she kept asking me what type of noodles I wanted. She didn't allow the chef to choose, she wrote linguini. I tried one more time correcting her, Steph wouldn't fix it. The lack of communication is sad. The food: I wish I could talk about the food. I got tasteless butter garlic noodles, three very small tasteless scallops, a side of shaved parmesan and a side of vegetables. I paid $45 dollars to be fed a meal worthy of a picky 2 year old and not what I ordered. I cannot fault the chef. I have no doubt he hated making that dish given what was on that menu. After heavily salting, I gave up after three bites. My boyfriend was very clear with Steph. I was very clear with Steph. She would not listen. Ambiance: is beautiful. Worthy of all the IG pictures. Because they accommodated the food allergy, I chose to not give one star. But honestly they deserve a one star review. Recommendations: Teach your staff how to listen. I had one amazing restaurant that will highlight with a highlighter what I can eat and underline anything that be accommodated. That was probably the best restaurant I have ever experienced.
