They won't bother calling either. Sales won't really care about you unless you make a scene about something they messed up, or you give them millions. Parts sucks, you might as well look for parts yourself. They lost my machine a while ago, gave to a different customer and then tried charging me for the tune up they did without replacing the parts the other person had used.
