I contacted them and Jenny accommodated me for a consultation since then I haven't looked back. Everyone in the salon is super chill and have the best conversations super relatable and make sure your visit is whatever you want it to be. If you want to talk they'll socialize, want to relax they let you relax. Along came 2020, when things in the world got weirder and everything shut down. With everything going on they send out care packages to existing clients to help us still feel our best during quarantining. When they opened up while everyone was still a little nervous they took all the precautions to ensure everyone was safe and felt safe. They got a new beautiful space with plexiglass separating each station, upon entrance they'll take you're temperature, ask you to hand sanitize and wear a mask during your visit. They've always constantly had an clean space but they do the extra precautions to make their space sanitary. Everyone in this salon is an artist and will make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. And their products are great for Maintaining between visits.

She was honest about what was possible in one session and it was super worth the multiple sessions to achieve the exact color I was looking for. I was never paid by the salon nor the stylist to write reviews. I was a student who used part-time job money to pay for my weave and also discovered Yelp at that time and thought it was the coolest website ever (before it became this fancy app). I really had (and still have) a passion for writing and enjoy writing reviews so I kept doing it for my enjoyment. I never got paid at all for ANY review that I written on here so I just want to make that clear to you. I was an Elite twice (that was my reward) but that was it. To my defense, my experience was amazing at Salon Niquel. Niquel and Simone West (from my interaction with them) are amazing ladies. I never had any issues with them and they KNOW hair. I haven't been back since though and I know Simone West branched off to do her own thing. But I'm sorry you had a horrible experience. My opinion was just basically my opinion.
