Dropped it off at the lot and jonathan told me it would probably be ready friday. I call on Friday, Jonathan says sorry. We're missing one part that is in Dallas and should be here shortly your truck will be ready tuesday. On tuesday, I call to find out a pickup time only to be told later in the week. On thursday, I get told that they are not allowed to use off the shelf parts and can only use the parts packages that chrysler sends based on the vin number specifically for the recall. Might be a bit of a wait. After getting jerked around so much. I talk to jake who is supposed to be the supervisor over the service center. I understand miscommunication happens, but i'm getting the feeling that jonathan says whatever it takes to get somebody off the phone. Jake assures me. It will be addressed and we start waiting. Christmas comes and there's no shiny ram under the tree. Valentine's day shows the love, but not the pickup truck. I finally receive a notice in the mail from Chrysler. Saying that all parts have been shipped and are available. I get excited, call the dealership. Only to be told they're still waiting on one part. But my truck should be ready by friday the 22nd or Monday at the latest. Perfect! Monday, rolls round. And I call to get a pick up time. So I can schedule a ride, Nope not ready maybe friday. Finally on Friday. I get a call from Jonathan one of the first calls. I've gotten from this dealership in the five months that they've had my truck. Good news is I have a supposedly brand new fuel system. Everything has been replaced. The bad news is my truck still won't start, They think it might be a hole in the manifold That appeared in the five months that it set in their yard and for only 1900 they will be glad to fix it. I was then chastised for not purchasing a service contract when I bought the truck. I decided I had had enough of the dealership and would. Just come get my truck. Jonathan said it was ready to go but being mid-afternoon and it being an hour trip to get my trailer and make it to the dealership. I opted to come saturday morning. Jonathan, let me know that jake would be there, and I could come any time. I show up saturday morning and finally get to meet jake in person with the very bright red eyes and disjointed speech - instills great confidence. Jake once again reminds me how much of a favor they have done for me by working on my truck. No, a favor would be something extra or atypical - I called and asked a simple yes / no question up front. Jake goes on about how excellent all of the staff are, and jonathan must have been tired when he said it was ready. Jake then spends twenty minutes looking for my truck, Which turns out to be still in the shop on a rack in pieces. Jake, very generously, offers to have my truck hauled back to my house on tuesday. At noon on Tuesday. I call to get an eta, The receptionist says there's no one there to answer and takes a message. And someone will call me right back. At three o'clock I call again, This time, get transferred to Sean who says they are waiting on a car hauler and my truck will be delivered either this evening or tomorrow. Thirty minutes later, he calls back and tells me that my truck will definitely be here this afternoon. Truck arrives and sure enough it doesn't start. Pop the hood and there are plenty of new looking parts so maybe they did some of what they said they did. They also left me several nice tools - always a sign of professionalism. The bent grill guard where it looks like they tried to tow my truck from the guard is just a nice cherry on top. I do know both of the tool drawers in the bed were gotten in to, although it's been 5 months... I honestly can't tell if anything was missing or not. Values. What values?

Her car had no spare, and no tires were available to get her back on the road. Your service advisor and General Manager went over and beyond for them and got them back home safely. I work for a dealership in Lubbock where we encourage our employees to 'make confidence happen' - and THIS is how it's done! There are so many misconceptions about those of us in the car business and I love when dealerships prove that we are kind, caring, generous people!!! Then my truck has Apex GPS Connect that was installed by the dealership I bought it from (NOT STANLEY) and so I should immediately get alerts when it's being driven through the app and the email. I have always always had APEX as it came with my truck when I bought it 5 years ago. The day I got the new battery and RF Hub put in by the techs at Stanley, APEX was disconnected and stopped working. IT HAS ALWAYS WORKED until then! I had my truck inspected by a local dealer to see if they can reconnect the GPS unit and it's GONE!! Completely Vanished! So it was either stolen or another careless act by Stanley and just not put back. To say I'm disappointed in the service is an understatement. I didn't want to have to leave my truck for a week being 300 miles away in the first place and then to get it back and find these things wrong is beyond disappointing! Avoid at all costs. I was sold an expensive used truck with low miles. I was told it had the…read moreremaining 50-thousand-mile factory warranty and also told I could extend it to the 100,000-mile warranty when the time came. I kept calling and asking about the warranty info and kept getting the run around. I bought the truck in 2019 and still only have 57,000 miles on it. I went to Killeen to trade in the truck, and they were excited to make a deal. Then after running my Vin I was told that NO dealership would touch the truck since it was made and registered in Canada. This makes all Chevy warranties void. By law dealerships are required to disclose the Canadian issue. I drove straight to speak with Lee who spent most of our conversation bragging about his 23-year-old girlfriend and how his wife wasn't happy. Then Lee passed me off to his sales manager who offered me no end of BS and told me the dealerships were trying to scam me. They wanted to buy my truck. He further told me I did not need a Chevy warranty as I had the "Lee Hoffpauer Guarantee." Sorry but Chevy doesn't cheat on their wife and lie to customers so I would rather go with the Chevy warranty. The sales manager then offered to have a third party buy my truck for 30 grand. He wanted to screw me twice. I told him I can't sell it or trade in in at any dealership and he said that he would give me a letter saying they would buy it for 30 grand. The truck is worth much more than 30 grand. Even the auctions are required to disclose Canadian manufacture by law. I would really prefer not to do this but I am suing them. They will lose as they clearly broke the law. Even the dealership across the street told me I had to sue them. I am not happy to have to do this and I am not someone who sues people normally, but I have no choice. I have a million visitors to my fakebook page yearly and will make sure I get the word out.
