They are taking a ton of precautions right now with COVID which is appreciated. Since my last review they have also moved locations to a much nicer building (right off of 440 on Capital Blvd. It's especially beautiful at christmas with all the trees in the window. I also saw they have a flower vending machine (guessing that may be closed right now due to COVID). The owner offered to come and pick up the arrangement again, for a refund, I guess. But I didn't feel like having my mom come all the way back home and wait for someone to pick up the flowers. It would have been an added inconvenience for us. I'm going to make an order with a bigger company next time because better customer service is offered when something goes wrong. In this case, no simple resolution was offered. This is not the company to go with when you want reliable service for an important occasion.
