The arrangement was done well but 2 substitutions were made. For as much as we paid, the bouquet should have been exactly as shown. The owner made the excuse that the order was last minute, resulting in less supplies than usual. However, for a $200 bouquet, that excuse isn't acceptable especially when she explicitly told me this bouquet would be available in an earlier call that day. The owner offered to come and pick up the arrangement again, for a refund, I guess. But I didn't feel like having my mom come all the way back home and wait for someone to pick up the flowers. It would have been an added inconvenience for us. I'm going to make an order with a bigger company next time because better customer service is offered when something goes wrong. In this case, no simple resolution was offered. This is not the company to go with when you want reliable service for an important occasion. read more

We were working with her to have a wedding bouquet and boutonnière made for my courthouse wedding coming up in August, she had all of the information needed - date, style, pickup/delivery times, etc. - and decided another wedding was more important and cancelled on us. Pretty bad business model if you ask me... Hope the money is worth it. read more

The place is horrible. My husband ordered for valentines, the pics on line vs delivered one to my shop is totally different in color . The one I received is doom , dry and so depressing in color arrangements ( eucalyptus leafs falling all over today ) I called the owner to inform that order , he was so nasty and aggressive over the fact that they did so GREAT Pls be careful. read more

I recently ordered flowers online for my mother. I placed the order on Sunday afternoon and by mid-day Monday she was already enjoying them. They even send a photo of the actual arrangement right before it's delivered! The flowers are beautiful. The note included is on a bi-fold card, which seems nicer and personal than the standard "card on a stick" usually included with flowers. The delivery driver was very kind and ensured she received them. Will definitely use Hidden Door in the future! read more

It was great because they sent me a picture of how it turned out and it was spot on in design, and the flowers/colors used were just as beautiful! Everything about this studio and experience was impressive--easy ordering, accurate to design, definitely a quality designer styled product, and the customer service top notch from my experience.
