Pulling into a gas station makes me anxious. I don't know why, but there's something about the whole design and process of gas stations that puts me on edge. The pumps are too close together; there are too many cars going in and out; it's too dark to feel safe-- these are things that deter me from many gas stations around my area. When it comes to Bucky's Express, I will drive out of my way to go here when I am in need of gas for my car. Ever changing prices of gas aside, this is the perfect gas station for me. Located at Pyott and Randall, this is the easiest gas station for me to pull into while traveling up and down busy Randall road. It's located right next to a stop light with turn lanes that are easy to navigate. Turning into and out of this gas station is easy, something I consider very important. There's a good amount of pumps and ample space between them. Sometimes, you'll find yourself at a gas station that is very tight, making it seem like you're right on top of the other cars. Bucky's Express has a very open area for their pumps. It's also a well lit area come dusk. This makes me feel a little safer when filling my gas tank in the evening hours. I can't say I've ever utilized the car wash or the convenience store. When I have spoken to staff (very few instances) they've been friendly. There's not much parking for the convenience store specifically, but really, how many people 'hang out' at the gas station for long periods of time, so this shouldn't be a huge problem. Overall, this gas station is one of the few that doesn't cause me to feel anxious about filling my gas tank! I'm very happy with it. read more

Went to get gas and the screen freezes up on me so I go inside and I can't get gas because their system put a hold on my money and they can't cancel the transaction or do crap about it! no I'm broke and didn't even get gas. The Verona WI store needs to step up their customer service. During a recent stop, a credit card reader was still out of service after 3 days. The car wash was also out of service, but no notice to that effect was on the pumps. I stopped back a few days later to get the car wash I had paid for. It was still out of order. read more

They garlic breadsticks didn't have garlic and I had to go back and ask for the marina that is supposed to be in the order. The sticks were super greasy the box was wet on the bottom. Very disappointed read more

How does a national gas station like mobil, not have the money to break a $100 bill. i came in the store and was greeted by Joel he was very nice and had great customer service.

I just wanted coffee and they have one of the machines to grains and makes it when ordered. The coffee which is supposed to be full body came out looking like it had cream and add a very light colored. I dumped it select another machine and it left about 2 inches empty out the top of the cup. Had I selected a larger size it would've overflowed all over the cup. I just gave up and I'll go elsewhere. I did notice the food handlers pushing a cart around the store and touching everything including the hotdogs to go on the roller and cheese slices to go on sandwiches. Could someone please explain to them the gloves are to protect their hands it's to protect the food from contamination. I'm not too impressed. read more

I was walking on the bike path next to Bucky's and lawnsides of their building are filled with garbage from their store. It is extremely disapointing that they are not cleaning it up on a weekly basis. They need to add garbage cans on the lawnside to avoid it looking like a run down establishment on the outside. They need to clean it up and respect the area that they picked for their location. Lets hope they move on it quickly and respect the environment surrounding them. read more

Night shift Terrible. Rude Scott kid at counter and quite frankly racial profiling . I have video from bring harassed by cops in the kid I tried to smooth things out not causing any trouble you sat there and let them harass me and accuse me of drinking and driving voluntarily took a breathalyzer in the past I came back and simply ask about the cops information because I want to file a report and the guy Play dumb Like he didn't know cops It was clear he was so friendly with . they were accusing me a something I didn't do. and I wanted their information for Report. I have video not only are the cops Day and night from when I pulled out the camera but I got video of this clerk behaving in a manner and saying things and I guarantee you will lose a job over and possibly be the foundation of a lawsuit going to this gas station for years never have had a problem before but I'm tired of dealing with stuff I shouldn't have to deal with because I look a certain way and drive a Cadillac and I'm out past midnight doesn't mean i'm drunk it doesn't mean I'm out for trouble I just want to get some pods the lady that was checking out before me called the cops and said I smelled of alcohol when I rarely drink and then the clerk tried to call the cops back on me simply for trying to ask him why he didn't say anything while I was being harassed and if he knew who his cops names were. Customer service was the worst I have ever seen bought a car wash they would not refund me the money that told me they're going to call the police when I asked for a refund Esther the manager was very rude Tom new guy had no idea what he was doing I called the Buckys right next to them and they said it's a simple process I will not be going to hear because they don't care about their customers and their service is awful. Weird Experience Tonight!! My wife and I were on our way home tonight with our 43ft. Motor coach (RV Bus) and as I have done twice before (both with the same circumstances) We wanted to top off our Diesel Tanks before we put it away in our building. I pull in at 3:15 pm this sunday afternoon and walk in to give the cashier a $100 bill to prepay for whatever I need for fuel. As I have done at many other gas stations. The blonde girl looks at me and says I can't take that!! I said why? She says I don't have any money in my drawer. I said what?? She says, is it going to take the whole hundred? I said I don't know. She says I can't give you change!! I said what?? She gets the assistant manager and he is even worse than the girl. He says....we need money to tun on the pump. Again, I slide him the $100 bill. He slides it back and says we can't make change for it! I said, you won't have to.....I want to buy fuel!!!!!! He says....are you going to take at least $95?? I said....Are you kidding me?????? So after 10 minutes of back and forth.....I give the assistant manager a credit card and he puts $100 on it.......I pumped $56 I HAD TO GO BACK IN FOR HIM TO RUN A CREDIT ON MY CARD FOR $43!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
