They have a big in-ground swimming pool, laundry facility, nice big restrooms with showers, swing set for the kiddos, Weber grills at the entrance of each dock and a fantastic staff that is always about the property. The delivery was a chance for me to help pilot the boat from its home port to my mooring. Skip had his son go along with me to coach and guide me on the voyage.
