Buttons in pump consistently get stuck adding more numbers than intended. Overall makes it for a bad experience. I pump gas with a company cards and it turns into a fights with numbers pad. I am basically standing on gas, grease and grime while pumping for what it feels like over an hour. Just to get in the vehicle and smell whatever I was just standing on now in the vehicle. Thank you

Getting talked to like this, having a male trying to barge into the women's restroom while it's in use, and almost getting kicked out when I had already asked to use the restroom was a very unpleasant experience and after coming here for years. Getting told you're getting kicked out just for using the restroom and getting talked to like you're nothing more than dirt under their shoe is not okay.

I just experienced the rudest gas station employees ever. My tank is on empty. I went there with my…read moredebit card. I swiped my debit card in the machine and it kept saying declined. When I went in again to the gas station itself it again said declined. I have money in my account so I called my bank. My bank told me that BP put a hold on my card for $107.53! Why is this!??? I didn't even get any gas. When I tried to talk to the gas station employees about this, they were rude, non empathetic, and even tried to ignore me! I asked them to call their manager because now my card had a hold on it for 24 hours and I have no gas. After they pretended to call somebody and said she wasn't available and told me that They couldn't do anything for me and I had to wait 24 hours, I left, not wanting to give them any more of my business. Stay away. They are totally rude and are an example of what Customer Service should not be. I also had to file a dispute with my bank in case BP doesn't give me my money back. I tried calling corporate to talk to them about this, but none of their numbers work.

There was a notice on the door as the doors were locked to the store and it said be back sometime... Which was poor English to begin with... So as patrons waited outside of the convenience store, people were pumping gas and wondering why the store wasn't open... After around 10 minutes the store opened and I went to use the bathrooms and they were the most disgusting bathrooms you've ever seen in your life... Men's urinals filled with crap... The toilet wouldn't flush and one Indian worker at the register.. Disgusting! This place needs to be overhauled and that buffoon who owns it needs to be kicked out! This is a part of town with some very nice hotels and this is 7Eleven is a disgrace to Aurora!!
