We love Casey's and this one did not disappoint. We've been to better but it's just what you expect if you know the chain. Nice, clean bathrooms are my most important criteria and they had that. Small to mid size store for Casey's, but still had a good coffee bar and some fresher food options. Not fully stocked but definitely as plenty. Staff was neither warm nor cold. I'm not sure where Nebraska is on the pandemic thing, so I assume masks are no longer required in the state, but there definitely was no sign or mention of them. I had to go through 3 pumps before I found one that worked. I told the guy at the checkout who just looked at me with indifference followed by the female teller acknowledging the problem to him. Well you get what you pay for... Of course +10¢ if paying with Credit Card. Gas is generally cheap in this area so ends up not being much of a deal. (Walmart is the same price, but on the other side of the freeway.) Half he pumps don't work properly. Forget it if you want to wash your windows... * Most of the buckets have no water and the ones that do the water is oily. * The squeegee is hard plastic not rubber so just use your windshield wipers. Out of toilet paper. Had to go number 2. Asked someone at the front for toilet paper and they said they would find me some. Waited 10 minutes with no avail. I'll try make this short. For travelers who have never been, this is a similar to QT, Maverick, Bucees, etc. Gas, food, restrooms, convenience store. This location is not as big as some but it serves its purpose. It's an older location, that or it's just starting to get run down early. The restrooms were decent, they had plenty of drinks to choose from, and the place was fairly clean. They have a restaurant which serves pizza, salads, and subs where you can pick your toppings similar to Subway. I'm giving four stars specifically for the restaurant. Otherwise they'd be getting less due to cleanliness and other employees. We ordered food and were helped by a young man, Roshawn. He was very polite, respectful, and patient. Not just to us but the customers ahead of us as well, even the rude ones. The food was fresh, they had plenty of toppings available, and they had a full case of pizza slices to choose from. read more

We came through for fuel, which is okay, and they really were very busy, even with covid. The place needs to be cleaned. I would not feel good about eating anything from here based on the outside cleanliness or the cleanliness of the restrooms. read more

Deceptive gas pricing. They advertise one price on their massive billboard and then charge you a much higher price unless you get lucky and go into a special high detergent lane. This place has a scam going. Avoid financing this station at all cost. read more

This is a review for the Pizza. I was visiting some family in Ogallala, and they recommended Casey's for Pizza. Don't let the gas/general store front fool you. This place has GREAT pizza. We ordered two full pizzas, with breadsticks and wings. But you can also order single slices on the go. The crust is soft and doughy with generous toppings. I assume the manager, the only male employee working this morning, at this establishment was very rude to his staff. It was very disappointing to see that behavior in a work place ultimately leading up to one of his staff quitting while I was in this morning. I hope this helps raise concerns about the management and to help them due better on behalf of their staff. But other than that the rest of the staff was very friendly and I wish the lady that quit the best! read more

These are more or less the Midwest version of a Maverik or Jackson's out west. There is usually a kitchen, gas pumps, etc. etc. and a hodge podge of other stuff crammed in there in a mostly convenience type setting. Food is no better or worse than road food tends to be, which is sort of a bonus, I guess. With so many places having actual restaurants, though, that advantage tends to wear kind of thin...this one was pretty light on cooler drinks, which was sort of an oddity. Other than that, nothing much remarkable, just another sort of convenience-extra spot. read more

I always stop to fuel up here every time I go back and forth from sterling to Hastings. They have a lot of pumps. Everything is super clean al the time. The employees are super nice and look so respectable. And as always the pizza is fantastic. read more

I absolutely love Casey's but I have been so disappointed lately in the fact that I have gone in there three separate times and they have no pizza. I understand it's summer so it's super busy but even when I ask them they say they won't have any out for at least 30 minutes. That's a little ridiculous for something that the gas station is known and loved for. read more
