My lifelong friend passed away unexpectedly at age 60. I live in Florida. Fisher called me two days later with the news. He told me I was named Successor Trustee of her estate and that I should accept the position and hire him as attorney. Afterwards I spoke with him once on the phone. A couple of weeks later I called his office several times inside of a week. He has never returned my call. All correspondence was through email. Approximately two months later I resigned as Successor Trustee due to the stress it caused me. He had already accumulated legal fees in the 10's of thousands of dollars. In the meantime, my deceased friend has a sister who is in assisted living and cannot care for herself. I was also named as administrator of her special needs fund. I have been helping her out of my own pocket. Fisher has been unhelpful in making funds available to her. I definitely feel betrayed by him. I tend to make excuses for people. Not knowing what makes people do the things they do. Maybe he is too old. If not already 80 years old he was 79 as in January 2026. Doesn't matter he should still behave honorably and professionally. Age affects us differently. Although it may make us slower. I don't believe it changes our character or moral compass. Beware, don't be fooled by respecting an elderly person. Hans McKinney

"Pat" helped me out with a bunch of cases by appearing in court and often times working out phenomenal deals with the District Attorney, however, what makes him special as a lawyer is his creative, "outside the box" problem solving skills. What's more, many people don't think about the possibility that their case may not be "solved" and regrettably have to go to a trial so if that happens, they're stuck with a lawyer who may not be very effective in the courtroom. There's no such concern with Pat as his ability to effectively present and argue a legal case is of superior quality. Destinee was unprepared for our meeting and had not reviewed the paperwork submitted three weeks earlier. She had promised to draft a letter that needed to be sent to the opposing party, but again the draft that was not very well written was sent three weeks later. When I called-to summarize provided feedback, she became dismissive berated me and was extremely unprofessional, stating that she was very busy and she preferred I did not tell her why I had called her. She appeared inexperienced, lacked confidence, and struggled with understanding CORE business and property issues, including goodwill valuation. I ultimately terminated my services with this firm, I figured if one call from a client left her FLUSTERED and defensive, I could not trust her to handle my case which is complex or face an experienced opposing counsel in court.
