The employee EDWARD is extremely rude and sarcastic. I have never felt so upset and uncomfortable in my life. I called and politely ask for an extension due to being out of work due to COVID complications. Edward belittled me through out the entire phone call. He did not provide any options. He also made my blood pressure go up with how inconsiderate and rude he was. I no longer want to do business here. I encourage you to stay away from Edward. Unfortunately 1 bad apple can spoil the bunch. He should be fired. No one should speak to people that way. You never know what someone is going through. Food for thought.
