The African-American lady that helped me on Centennial and fifth location took my information. She had me fill out the form and was supposed to process it in the system. She never processed it in the system. Yesterday I tried to make a payment and was unable to because the information was not in the system. Today I called and they told me I need to go back in and refill out the form because it was never entered in the system. The lady I spoke to Sacred told me she was unable to take my payment. I called the location on Lake Mead and Tenaya and Jose the store manager kindly help me and took my payment. Of course I was upset that this other girl (Sacred) told me she was unable to take my payment. So I called the store back spoke with Jocelyn. I asked for Sacred she wouldn't put her on the phone. I asked for a supervisor and Jocelyn told me for security purposes she couldn't put her on the phone or couldn't give me her name. are you the supervisor Jocelyn. I want to speak to a supervisor to make a complaint not to harm her. I was only going to make payments on my loan, but because Jocelyn or Sacred wouldn't help me. I paid it all off. It will never deal with dollar loan center again. Because of these two unprofessional witches, I will never give dollar loan center another penny of mine. This is not the first time I've had an issue with dollar loan center and I stopped using them. I thought I'd give you guys another chance since it had been years since I used you and I see that nothings changed. Plus you guys close early, you guys are closed on Sundays. You can't even make a payment online, however you want. Check City is definitely better. They're open seven days a week till late at night. you can pay however you want. As a matter of fact, they take the payment right off of your bank account. You don't even have to worry about it. You don't have to go through a whole process. It's super fast to get approved. Through Dollar Loan Center it takes time because they have to verify everything all over again each time you get alone. you have to go through employment verification, which takes time all over again every time. With check city is fast easy right there and then. And they update your information, I think it's every six months. So you could just go in and get a loan right away, no problem I highly recommend Check City.

They offer free debit cards with FREE withdrawals and deposits at their branches. However, a $1 fee will be charged to your account when using it elsewhere. Everything is done electronically through their computers to eliminate the several sheets of paper wasted. Payday and installment loans go by your income and upon your due date, you can pay back the interest only and delay the initial loan amount for another date. Which is great!
