My fiancé and I are first-time homebuyers, and like many young families, we are actively working to rebuild our credit and create a stable future for our child. We came into this process hopeful, motivated, and ready to follow professional guidance. Unfortunately, what we received instead was inconsistent communication, misleading information, and a complete lack of clear direction. From the very beginning, we were told that we had "potential" and that there were ways to improve our situation. However, as time went on, the information we were given constantly changed. We would be told one thing in one conversation, and then something completely different in the next. There was never a clear, step-by-step plan provided--no structure, no timeline, and no transparency on what actions we should take or what results to expect. One of the biggest concerns was the lack of attention to our current credit situation. Instead of reviewing updated, accurate information, it felt like decisions and advice were being based on outdated or incomplete details. When you are trusting a company to help you repair your credit, you expect them to evaluate your situation thoroughly and provide guidance based on your most recent and relevant information. That did not happen here. Throughout this process, we felt like we were being led in circles rather than being guided toward a real solution. As clients, we should not have to constantly question the advice we are being given or feel like we are not being heard. Credit repair is supposed to be about education, strategy, and support--especially for individuals who are actively trying to improve their financial standing. Instead, we felt dismissed and unsupported. It was also extremely discouraging to feel like, as young buyers trying to better our lives, we were not taken seriously. This process is already stressful enough, and instead of feeling empowered, we were left feeling confused, frustrated, and misled. At the end of the day, we were looking for honesty, consistency, and a clear plan of action. Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced with eCreditAdvisor. Because of the lack of transparency, conflicting information, and overall poor communication, I cannot recommend their services. I will also be taking further steps to report this experience, as I believe other individuals and families deserve to be fully informed before making a decision to work with this company. If you are considering credit repair services, I strongly encourage you to do thorough research, ask very detailed questions, and consider multiple options before committing. Make sure you are working with someone who provides clear, consistent guidance and truly takes the time to understand your current financial situation. This was not the experience we were hoping for, and I sincerely hope others do not have to go through the same frustration.

The wide variety of services offered really give this company a great selection and makes the time worth researching. Key is to be patient and stick to your program. Let me be clear: credit repair does not happen overnight, in a week, or even just a month. Also, everyone's experiences will vary depending on what level of repair is needed. For me, I signed up with credit card delinquencies, medical issues, and rent/landlord issues from the past. Within the first 3 weeks I saw my first change in credit; a measly 20 points. However, as time went along, I saw the points jump exponentially. Bad marks were falling off my credit, and suddenly I saw an improvement of 160 points in only 9 weeks (just over 2 months). Aaron and this company also provides some discounts and knocks some fees off based on partnerships, so feel free to ask if anything is available. I got 25% off the activation fee which helped immensely. Monthly recurring charges is dependent on the services selected. There are also lawyers that are representatives with the company, so should anything with original creditors and debt collectors go awry, the company is ready to jump in to represent you. It never happened for me, but it's a nice safety net to know exists to support me. Aaron is a very personable agent, and has a very good record with me and communication. He likes to give updates, likes to check in periodically, and is ready to answer any questions you may have. His level of professionalism is extremely inviting and you will be in good hands to allow him to be your credit repair agent. All in all I can say I'm incredibly impressed by what was offered and what results have shown. The company is growing and becoming a hot commodity. If you are looking for credit repair that is there to help you, won't overcharge, and has friendly agents, please contact Aaron with United Credit Education Services; you won't be disappointed.
