Shopping around their prices were no cheaper than you'd find on eBay (as expected) but with the convenience of being able to buy same day and inspect your item first. Everything was clearly marked which was nice too and they were advertising an upcoming sale. I was pleased a staff member actually asked me on the floor if they could help me find something. Robert, the sales staff was friendly and provided good service. While he was a bit unsure about pricing the gold the manager came out. I know she was probably busy but seemed rather brusque. Inside they advertise free jewelry cleaning while you wait, but when I asked the manager refused and thrust a jar of cleaning solution at me and told me to do it myself! Some service! Their offer on my gold was also the lowest I got at only $150 for gold I sold across the street at Pawn Pros for $200 twenty minutes later. $50 is a big difference. Definitely shop your gold around and haggle.
