A disheveled young girl was assisting and had a nasty attitude. I asked for pricing and she gave me a higher price than the previous day. I said no thank you, I'll come back another day. She called for some young guy to ask about prices and he gave an even higher number per gram, showing inconsistent prices based on the employee you ask. My mother asked how the diamonds work and the young woman said I'm not getting into that because he just denied me. So I said "you can't answer her question because I didn't buy from you? What's your problem, what are you giving attitude for? She responded are you serious right now and then asked to get some boy out who came from behind the counter, not to de- escalate or actually give some customer service but to ask us to leave. He's apparently the owners son and couldn't provide any service or consistent pricing. If you see an older white gentleman or an older guy with jet black hair, buy. If you see children who look like they have trouble speaking to people, leave! Very disappointed considering I was going to spend 2500 on a silver chain and a gold bracelet. Wish I bought it yesterday but now I doubt I would be back again. Lost a repeat customer today.

We brought in something to sell and their employee drops it, breaks it, and now other places won't take it. We try to talk to the manager and guess what she does? She yells at US!
