This place GENUINELY needs to be shut down. Please don't even consider coming here because it is HORRID. We brought in something to sell and their employee drops it, breaks it, and now other places won't take it. We try to talk to the manager and guess what she does? She yells at US! She tells us it's our fault WHEN HER EMPLOYEE OFFERED TO HELP CARRY IT AND DROPS IT, then downplays her original offer (40$) saying she was offering 20$. All we asked is that she pays what she originally offered to reimburse us for the damage her employee did. The cherry on top? She yells at the employee Antonio (who's too good to be working here. Hope he finds a better job soon) in front of us, and I quote, "Never help people again!" WTF KINDA BUISNESS ARE YALL RUNNING?? Other places were saying we should file lawsuit against this place, and honestly we are considering. I can't believe this place is still in business. Worst business practice I've ever seen. Very rude and unprofessional. Making racist jokes right in front of your face in front of my two children ages 12 and 6. Just all around terrible. Barely gave me anything for what I pawned and I know it was worth way more. Not that I was asking for a whole lot I just had a bill that I needed to pay ASAP and returned to get. I hope I never have to use them again. Customer service here is subpar . They need a overhaul of the employees and a lesson in customer service/etiquette. read more

Only giving one star because I couldn't give zero stars. Not sure if he was management or not but was harassed as soon as I walked in about not having a mask. I nicely explained to him that there is not a mask mandate in Florida and that I will take my business elsewhere. He rudely exclaimed "do so". Needless to say I will never go back. What a joke this place is...My sister bought a very nice 4K TV last month at this Value Pawn location establishment and the employees swore up and down that the TV remote was the right one for the TV but it wasn't..So my sister had to buy a new remote via at a different store. When we got the TV home the menu settings were locked and yes, my sister called this location back and they weren't much help at all. So we brought the TV back and we asked for someone to get the TV out of the vehicle and one of the male employees got all up tight cause he didn't want to help but got told to anyway and he pitched a fit while bringing the TV back in to the store. She saw a newer 4K TV on display they just got in and it had the right remote and we got it home and happy about it. Now, for my issue with them I bought a GoPro Hero 4 camera and put it on layaway before I did that I asked what version of GoPro Hero 4 is it they didn't know but one of the male employees looked at bottom and claimed it was the silver edition and swore up and down it was. They wouldn't let me see if it worked which I have no idea why they wouldn't let me see if it worked or not. So when I went to the store and cancel the layaway the store manager said he can only give me $12.00 back of the $50.00 of what I put on the layaway for the GoPro 4k camera. So basically he only gave me $12.00 store credit swore up and down he said his layaway fees are posted all over the store on signs (WHICH THEY ARE NOT). Then the store manager popped off with this smart comment that I need to look at my receipt like most people do cause they handed you the receipt before I bought the camera. I replied with a normal voice I said sir they gave me the receipt after I bought put the camera on layaway and never told me anything about the fees and etc. He said yes they did you can't hear good or notice. Yes, I called the corporate number for Value Pawn hopefully the District Manager will call me back about this issue here at this location even the customer service representative claimed that was not called for what the store manager said to me and the rudeness from the staff that didn't tell me about the fees and etc. Over all experience this location is a joke. read more

I've never shopped here, but I sold a guitar on Craigslist an had the buyer meet me in the parking lot. The buyer never showed up and another person offered to buy it before I made it into the store. One of the workers came out and started taking pictures of my license plate and harassing me. He told me I was breaking the law and that he was going to report me to the cops. I called the sherrifs office an they told me that I had not broken any laws. So, a company that intimidates people is no good in my opinion. read more

I'm giving this place one star because there's no lower option. I know not all pawn shops are the most professional however THIS PLACE! Wow....they have an employee by the name of Amanda who is utter garbage! She has to be the rudest, most disgruntled, disrespectful, nastiest customer service employee I have ever come across. She took a personal call while I was here, she was yelling and shouting about still being at work passed her shift ending time. She told me she didn't have time to count the diamonds in my ring because she didn't want to. She laughed when I told her what I wanted to receive for the ring and then proceeded to tell me I would never get anywhere near the value of my $18,000 ring and offered me $900! I will never step foot in here again and I'll be sure to steer others away from here as well. Ten thumbs down. read more

He lied more than once first about the protection price (once to our face twice on the phone). When I asked him what was wrong with the television he insisted that nothing was wrong. We get home, try to plug in the cable cord and it sparked. Not trying to jump to conclusions we tried again fried everything in the living room. Got to get a new cable cord, new socket, all of it. Glad my temper has changed because all hell would have broken loose if my nephew was in the room, the spark was that wild. Never again will I go back, nor will I change my mind about this review, his professionalism, or even my attitude towards the situation. It will go back tomorrow and if we do not get cash we will pop tf off. This is ridiculous! read more

Stores clean, costumers are friendly, but staff can't test jewelry correctly I received a horrible quote for my amythiest diamond I had from my mothers old ring, and she wasn't able to look up the markings I had on the ring to verify. Probably won't sell any of my expensive jewelry here ever but i do recommend if u wanna buy a tv and guitar. read more
