Their initial review was very basic and they denied me without gathering any information. I had to follow up with OnPoint numerous times for them to re-review the case, all the while they just tell me to keep waiting. I had to send them notes to check cameras at ATMs and provide them documentation they should have gathered if there was any research done. Didn't seem to have interest in making a difficult time any easier. Be weary of their fraud department and don't take their word for anything, do your research if you have been defrauded as the internet provides much more info then OnPoint's fraud dept.

They've calculated the exact number of bankers/tellers to maintain a queue of 5-6 waiting customers. You need a next day appointment to send a wire transfer or open/close an account because a banker is never available. The pace at which they operate is baffling. I'm truly disappointed in the experience I've had during multiple visits to this location. If you're looking for a banking experience that rivals the DMV please stop in and enjoy the wait. I know what to expect at the standard BOA branch and this isn't it.
