I…read morereported having a bad experience because my 2014 Bentley was at their shop for 10 weeks without their being able to remedy a problem that first appeared while the car was in their possession. I since learned that the mechanics at Presidential did indeed try to address the problem but they didn't have access to all of the required computer software that would allow them to do so. When I subsequently brought the car to the Bentley dealership in Ft. Lauderdale, where they did have all of the necessary diagnostic software, they were able to make the repair in a couple of days. Since they weren't able to fix my car, Presidential did not charge me for the time spent by their mechanics on my car. I think this was fair and I am grateful to Presidential for that. Bentley's are expensive cars to buy and maintain. While most issues can be addressed by mechanics and technicians away from the dealership, some can only be solved by Bentley. Lesson learned.

I took my 98 Boxster in and although I didn't quite get what I thought it was worth, they were quick and very polite. Never, trade your car in at a dealership!!! Cardrop is quick and fair.

Bring it back in and take tech for drive. So the first time wasn't enough. And wait the repair order suggests he heard it and replaced the axle again ! Some service person above writer and below manager wants to get car again. No thanks , 20 days, no rush, and you failed. Response is not that techs care or offer support, they call GM tech line and do what they say to do next. The fees and service hours are about 200 per hour retail, yet techs are newbies and fail to know their machinery. We plan to go elsewhere and will NEVER maintain and service unit outside of OEM warranty with this dealer. Consider other options ...

That alone speaks volumes. Your entire response is based on your opinion of the vehicle's condition. Another national buyer evaluated the exact same vehicle and reached a very different conclusion. My issue has never been that you inspected the vehicle, it's that the preliminary expectation changed dramatically after I made the trip. If the vehicle truly had the extensive defects you describe, that should have been communicated more accurately during the appraisal process instead of after I arrived. This will be my final update.
