Plenty of parking for this establishment. I drove over here planning to just browse and see if there was anything of my liking to purchase. However when I pulled up it said ring bell to be let in, due to my anxiety I wasn't really feeling like doing that. They recently lost a employee Friday who I spoke to on last saturday where I had offered to pay for them to hold my items till the Friday of the following week, she told me it's free not to worry about it and if I for whatever reason can't come just call and they'll extend it , well i guess she was fired so they now are playing the card that I never called even after showing the proof , luckily the woman I delt with today definitely understood my frustration , no complaints to her but the man she said was her new boss was very unprofessional and argumentative rather than admitting his wrong , he then called the owner nervously before I could speak to him walked away telling him a different story than what I was complaining about then put me on the phone with him who off rip assumed I was wrong because his employee lied to try and save his self and was also rude and of zero help, he then tried blaming the employee saying she never passed it down to them before leaving the company Friday which I replied that's not my fault that's hers , I proceeded and showed them the proof of the call, and I was told I made the call up, and it could be fake by the "boss" , I have this all on video by the way, which yes they knew they were being recorded so legally speaking it will be used , and when I said to call the employee he refused to call her to confirm that she told me to come today to pick my things up, instead I was told it's my fault , that she didn't write it in the system and that I should have offered money for them to abide to the loyalty of holding it ; even though in this call I placed with the employee that's exactly what I did and was told it's free to just come today and get it . So again employees fault for not writing it in the system even if she may have forgotten or got distracted with another customer that is completely not my fault and absolutely ridiculous!!! and then they tried to offer me a different hand me down system with zero games on it rather than the one I left with over 2,000 dollars worth of games with them , my items were wrongfully sold due to poor communication on their end, and to not compensate what they took from me ?! I found a couple items online that I was interested in (miter saw, micrometers). Checked the website that said they were open until 2pm . I traveled 35 minutes, showed up at 12:00 to purchase the items only to find the store closed. What a waste of time. Bring Your Business Anyplace Else but, Here! Cash point is a complete rip off! They say "Buy and Sell your stuff for top dollar." That is a complete lie. They don't even have the decency to give customers 1/3 of what something is valued at. Any other pawn shop you go to looks the value up on line and then usually offers the customer somewhere around 1/3 of the value. Not this place, your lucky if they offer you 10% of the value. They're taking advantage of people who are in financial hardship and it's disgusting it truly is. My boyfriend has gone there a couple different times when we had a financial emergency and this last time takes the cake. He brought them something that was values at 1600$ brand new, and 900$ used(verified on eBay, Offer Up, Mercari). And yes it has absolute re-sell value, it was electronic and used in Gaming. So there's the answer for them saying anything about resell value or not holding it's worth! They offered him $80 and $50 in store Credit! Also, something had been stolen from our place a month or so ago and my boyfriend just happened to see it in there. He tells them it's our and had been stolen from our place, they won't tell him who sold it to them! I'm pretty sure in the good ol State of Massachusetts it is Illegal to Buy,Receive and Sell STOLEN property!! Cash Point shouldn't be allowed to conduct business AT ALL! I've been going to pawn shops for decades. To buy and sell. What I experienced yesterday was by far the absolute worst. I brought fifteen items. Some almost never used. A brand new Leatherman multi tool 200. A Milwaukee electric multi meter,a new metal detector with pinpoint tool, a crossman BB gun with scope. A Ryobi tile saw. A work light,a exterior TV antenna and a few more items,all of them brand new or barely used items. All of them worth conservatively $1500. Plus. The woman offered me $100. After a short haggle, she gave me $110.!!!!!. I had to accept that. I'm regretting not telling her to " go to ****. I am still shaking about the clear taking advantage of me. Do your business somewhere else Cash Point you can't rely on Cash Point because, in my opinion, they say " Buy& Sell you for top dollar" this is a false advertisement because I walked to Cash Point with a lot of items in my bag, for example, I had BlueTooth CandySkull headsets, two cell phones, a ring, video games, DVDs, the staff at Cash Point told me we don't take DVDs when on their website it clearly says that Cash Point does take DVDs, half of the items I brought the staff at Cash Point said we can't take and this was a slap in my face when they offered me only the amount of $15.00 and I told them no deal and left and walked home and another reason that Cash Point is doing false advertisement is there is a picture of a few hundred dollar bills and customers get rip off so instead there should be five, ten, twenty and fifty dollar bills on their website at least they will not be lying to the customers and I am taking my business else where because Cash Point lost my trust! read more

As a business person, I understand that making money is the main purpose of a pawn shop. That being said, the experience I had here was horrific. They literally pull prices off the websites of the products they are selling. I said to the man behind the counter...sir that's the price for a brand new item. I've got a few things for my family members for a reasonable price. Very nice staff. They sell used stuff as well as brand new and you get 7 days warranty on used items that is nice. Phone, laptop and speaker work perfect, will definitely check this place for a bike soon. read more

Had a lot of second hand tools. Mostly power drills and some sanders and lawn mowers. There's not. Lot of selection of anything else if we're being honest. They have a lot of acoustic guitars and bikes but everything else is just a few small things here and there. It's not like in the movies where you see people walking into a pawn shop and it's loaded top to bottom with everything you'd ever want or need. If that's what you're expecting then look elsewhere. If you're specifically looking for power tools or perhaps a bike, guitars or perhaps a small selection of movies and video games.. you should check it out. read more

Cash point has an amazing selection of tools, electronics, bikes, jewelry, musical instruments etc. All of the items are priced to sell. I have bought merchandise and also sold merchandise at the Revere location. Every time I have sold merchandise to them I was offered a fair price. Understanding I am selling them a used item that they have to make some profit off of as well. If I need to sell an item for fast cash or am looking for a computer, tool or bike I would definitely look at cash point first. read more
