So again employees fault for not writing it in the system even if she may have forgotten or got distracted with another customer that is completely not my fault and absolutely ridiculous!!! and then they tried to offer me a different hand me down system with zero games on it rather than the one I left with over 2,000 dollars worth of games with them , my items were wrongfully sold due to poor communication on their end, and to not compensate what they took from me ?! CRAZY.
