It turns out I did not even need to come here today, but they sure were nice about it! Somehow the title of one of our cars did not make it to us after the leinholder removed themselves from the title. I came in to file for a lost title only to be told by the staff that is handled by the DMV in Texas and not by the Tax Assessor's Office (as it had been in my previous state). These people could not have been friendlier and more helpful though and even were "reassuring" that I am not the only one who has made that mistake. They even went out of their way to give me the address and directions to the office I needed to be at to handle my title situation. Anyway, while I was impressed at how nice their building and offices are , I was even more impressed at how nice the staff is and how well they handled not only my situation, but several other situations I observed while waiting. Takeaways from this review: -The Staff here is super nice and very helpful! -If you need to file for a lost car title, this is NOT the office you come to -But if you need to register or renew your registration, they got you covered!
