I paid off almost all with less that half the last payment left 2 months. When I requested to refinance each time I was told the make the next payment then the refinance would be possible. It was not granted supposedly due to the late payments even though the payments was late just a few days. The payments made early or payments made before the due date should be more important than the payments that was a few days late. I owe less than half of my last payment and I will not continue any further business with this company or bother referring anyone who may need assistance. There is only 3 women at this location who all call customers requesting payments on the same days or daily even though customers have expressed concerns about these calls not being received on work numbers, or messages not being noted to refrain from several calls from all 3 each day. The initial payments is with high interest and I paid it before it was due. I'm glad I made the early payments because my credit score has gone up and finishing it this month will add a few more points to my credit score so closing it afterwards will be a benefit. There is no online payment option. It's not open later than 6:30 pm or on weekends. So payments due on weekends will be late but still will be counted as a late payment. If you work and CANNOT receive personal calls, they still will call.

Calling customer service is a never ending automated system designed to make you give up and hang up. Before I drive 10 miles one-way from south Irving, I'd like to be able to make a 20 second call to the bank and ask, "Is your antiquated coin machine working today?" Are YOU looking for a new bank?
