I loved this shop. The girl running it was super cool and very helpful. Had exactly what I needed and then some! Thank you!

Sugar Cloud has a very attractive store front and the interior matches that. I love all the things they have displayed in the store with coffee and candy and other stuff for sale. The display of cupcake and brownies were very tempting, but I was focused on the donuts. The best pricing would be to get half a dozen or a dozen (buy 5 get 1 free). We only ended up getting 3. The donuts are large in size and they make their own dough daily. First one we tried was the filled chocolate buttercream. It was truly FILLED with chocolate buttercream. Every single bite had chocolate buttercream. It was definitely fresh and delicious. The Samoa and maple bacon did not disappoint either. Although they were good, I felt the pricing was a bit steep and they weren't he best donuts I've ever had. But it was worth the stop and the calories!

They were totally unenjoyable, and after ensuring it was all of the donuts - not just a single bad one - we ended up throwing them all away. unfortunately, we aren't local, so this is my first and last impression, and it was not possible to return and give this feedback in person. the people who worked there were very nice, the shop was clean and it's a very cute location.

Amazing mountain culinary experience was last night's journey to The Library ! I've been going to…read moreThe Library since the late 1970's. The menu has loads of choices for the most simple palette and the most sophisticated palette. One can certainly feel the passion love and dedication that Chef Johannes puts into his work. We had 6 persons in our group. We started with a lightly griddled corn bread appetizer to get things going. 2 persons loved the rich and silky lobster bisque soup. I enjoyed the seasonal salad with sourwood honey dressing. I have raised my 2 grown adult children with great exposure to different culture's fine dining. So they jumped right in and ordered the elk. It was perfectly cooked and delicious. So tender.... My wife got the succulently light trout and was so pleased. I ordered a well priced and tasty bottle of Margaux wine. The desserts for sharing were the bread pudding and cobbler. They were delicious and devoured quickly. The whole experience was fantastic ! The pièce de résistance was getting to speak with Chef Johannes. He is a wonderful and passionate Chef that truly loves his work. The menu changes periodically so one will never be bored. I highly recommend The Library and I will continue to return too.

Friendly staff greeted us as we walked in. The waiter promptly arrived and brought chips and the house salsa to our table, and most of them were broken and looks like they took from the bottom of the barrel. The salsa bar was a nice addition so you could have various flavors. We ordered a regular and watermelon margaritas and they were not good, no taste of tequila at all. I was surprised at this since other reviews said great drinks. So far two strikes against them. I was starting to regret coming here since there are many good Mexican places in town, but things changed quickly. Our second basket of chips was much better, and once we received our food orders I was very pleased. I ordered Chili Rellenos and they were fantastic, much better than I've had in many other places. My wife ordered the 4 enchiladas platter and it was beautiful, plenty of chicken and fillings, with tasty sauces on each type. It was so big the rice and beans had to come on a separate plate. I normally prefer refried beans over the rice for side dishes, but that rice was very flavorful which was surprising to me since most are bland. My son had the seafood burrito and he said it was very good with a lot of seafood. It filled him up, which is an accomplishment in itself. All the portions were large and prices were very reasonable. Our waiter provided great service. He didn't speak English very well but no points were taken off for that. He knew enough to do his job. Their health scores were also very high, which was why we chose this place over others in the area we normally chose in the past. I would rank this place up there against any of the other local Mexican restaurants and hope they do well. At the time of our visit, the Ingles in Cashiers had coupons on the back of the receipt, so you can save a few bucks on the already very reasonable prices there.

Margarita in tower was a fun idea, but not a sipper. Wait staff was kind and fun... not enough to salvage the experience.
