On 8/9/26 I called for 2 cars to be towed that had been ticketed but one left before the tow truck came and the other one was towed by B&M. However, on 8/29/26 I called at 3:00pm to have a car towed, the lady said it would be 30 minutes. Okay no problem, however by 4:00 the car hasn't been towed so I called back & the lady said it will be another 30 minutes. I called back at 5:00 & again the lady said it will 30 more minutes, the driver was stuck in traffic. ‍‍ At this point, I gave up and I think that there's new management or a new owner because they've always had the truck there within 20-30 minutes of calling them for 15 YEARS. Then today (9/7/26) I called at 3:08 pm for a car towed be towed. The lady said 30 minutes, but by 5:00pm, the car still hasn't been towed. I called back & again the lady said it would be 30 more minutes because of "shift change"‍ I give up and will have to find another tow company because this one is extremely unreliable now. By reading the reviews on here (Yelp) & Google, it appears this company has gone down hill and just tows cars from parking lots & damages the cars in the process. I wouldn't recommend this company anymore because twice they haven't shown up to tow the ticketed cars plus the lady on the phone isn't very helpful. While I was writing this review at 5:50pm (3 hours later) the tow truck just showed up but the car had already left . The driver and his friend were very kind helpful gentlemen.

We took off a star because the end cost was more than double the initial estimate. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.

The first time was due to my parked car being vandalized. The last two occasions were a result of my catalytic converter being stolen. After the 1st cat theft, however, I brought my car to a different nearby insurance company repair shop, which ended up not a good experience. During the over 7 months it took to get the cat, I had to repeatedly follow up observing that shop wasn't actively checking on the part's availability with their supplier. So on the 2nd cat theft, I instead brought it to Gotham. As with my first Gotham experience, they were on top of things, quickly repairing the vehicle. Less than three months later when victim of a 3rd cat theft, Gotham rapidly inspected the car and did their best to keep the repair bill down. Nevertheless, the estimate ended up triggering the insurance company totaling my car. Sensitive to my frustrating situation, the team at Gotham was professional, courteous, attentive and accommodating - like every experience with them. Gotham thankfully made a difficult situation easier to get through. Should my next car require similar big repair work, I'd consider using them again.

The paint finish is extremely rough and uneven, with visible texture throughout the repaired area. There is overspray on surrounding panels, poor blending between sections, and the overall finish looks rushed and unprofessional. I contacted the painter about these issues, but the problems remain unresolved. A proper paint job should have a smooth, consistent finish and attention to detail, neither of which was delivered in my case.
