They didn't care at all, just acted like vultures waiting to grab any car they could. When we went to the tow yard to get the car back, things got even worse. The employees were aggressive and completely disrespectful. One of them even slammed the gate shut and hurt my mom, and another man, with an amputated leg, made racist comments, telling me to "climb the gate and do something like the Mexicans." That's pure discrimination, and nobody should ever be spoken to like that. They treated us like garbage and laughed while doing it. No empathy, no decency, no professionalism, just greed and hate. I'm writing this so people know exactly what kind of business this is. If you care about your safety or basic respect, stay far away from B&M Towing. They should be investigated for their behavior and the way they treat people.

Please lemme know how I can get my car back asap I finally get a hold of someone on the phone and was told To just come with proof of ownership and an ID. I asked what are the rates to release my car she said once I come in I will be told the price .. I walked it at 9am at opening and the lady behind the privacy glass asked for my ID and last 6 digits of the vin. Once I told her my vin she said quickly $185 (they have no rates posted anywhere except) I pulled out my debit card as clearly there is a machine and signs that show they accept that form of payment , she quickly said "Cash only "! I said oh but I don't have cash she quickly repeated "cash only " and "machines don't work today , they are 'wonky' and "you know how technology is ".. so I had to call another uber to go to the nearest atm and back. I paid and I made sure to ask for a receipt since the thought didn't even occur to them to provide one and after reading all the bad reviews I wanted to make sure I had proof . The first time was due to my parked car being vandalized. The last two occasions were a result of my catalytic converter being stolen. After the 1st cat theft, however, I brought my car to a different nearby insurance company repair shop, which ended up not a good experience. During the over 7 months it took to get the cat, I had to repeatedly follow up observing that shop wasn't actively checking on the part's availability with their supplier. So on the 2nd cat theft, I instead brought it to Gotham. As with my first Gotham experience, they were on top of things, quickly repairing the vehicle. Less than three months later when victim of a 3rd cat theft, Gotham rapidly inspected the car and did their best to keep the repair bill down. Nevertheless, the estimate ended up triggering the insurance company totaling my car. Sensitive to my frustrating situation, the team at Gotham was professional, courteous, attentive and accommodating - like every experience with them. Gotham thankfully made a difficult situation easier to get through. Should my next car require similar big repair work, I'd consider using them again.

There is overspray on surrounding panels, poor blending between sections, and the overall finish looks rushed and unprofessional. I contacted the painter about these issues, but the problems remain unresolved. A proper paint job should have a smooth, consistent finish and attention to detail, neither of which was delivered in my case.
