I came here once to inquire about something I had to sell and we talked candidly about who, what, why . I waited a few months to sell the item as he said to think about it. When I came back he was just as professional and friendly and bought my item. I came here once and bought a cool necklace and he even offered to give me a discount if I bought a pair of earrings. I laid away some merchandise a number of years ago, but with the pandemic came financial difficulties. I stayed in touch with Dimitri and requested a refund of my nearly $1,000.00 dollars paid to him. He told me he couldn't do that because he had kept my merchandise on layaway for some time, but he assured me that when I paid off the remainder of the layaway, I would get the merchandise. I contacted him at a later date because I saw no ability to pay off the layaway and he told me he had already sold the merchandise. I spoke with Dimitri a couple of weeks ago telling him I had spoken with the courts and was told he could not keep my money, with nothing in return for that large sum of money. I offered to have Dimitri to keep 10% of the grand paid to him and he has refused at this juncture to even get an even exchange in merchandise. I am now going to have to sue in civil court, and traveling from another state is a hardship, but I will . Proceed with make sure he understands he cannot do business in this shoddy manner. Absolutely top rate shop, and highly recommended for higher end watches and fine jewelry. As a watch collector, I tend to avoid pawn shops, simply based on their not knowing the history and background on their timepieces. Casino Pawn is a great exception - I got a near new, ceramic bezel Tag Heuer Aquaracer auto below market value, but in exceptional condition with the box and papers. Dmitri took the time to answer my questions and shipped this beautiful piece out immediately, and covered the FedEx two-day as a courtesy. Be careful buying firearms here. They don't know all of the rules and the training that the employees receive isn't up to date. They don't keep up with new rules. For instance the guy in the store will tell you he can't accept digital IDs for firearms but if you call ATF they will assure you that it's allowed. The employees are very rude and rules they don't know. read more

Absolute crooks I paid all of my interest on the firearm that I pawned there and when I went to go get my firearm back they would not release it to me using my car registration not having a full address on it as an excuse I gave them my Colorado state ID I gave them my license plate number my registration everything I could had multiple forms of identification pass the background check would not release my firearm to me paying the interest on it was a waste of money I would never do business with these crooks again in any fashion buying or selling read more

I cannot say enough good things about Casino Pawn, the owner, and the staff. For the past several years, anytime I needed a small loan, or buy anything, they have always treated me extremely fairly, and have gone out of their way to help me pay up my loans and get my things back. Most pawnshops are so cold and calculating. But they always do all they can to be fair and at the end, I always leave feeling good about the deal I made. Tiny shop, which just is, neither good nor bad. Went in, 4 or 5 staff sitting behind the counters all on their phones. Looked up, looked at me, went back to their phones. Stood there while one person talked ro one customer trying to get someone to look up to answer a question about an xbox one pricing. Didn't know anything about it, which I guess is ok if thats not your thing, but couldn't also seem to figure out prices and what prices different things were. Finally figured out pricing and their used gear was RIGHT UNDER retail. So i can buy used, from a dude that doesn't know what they have and pay nearly retail? Ha. Purchased a Epiphone resonator guitar here for $260. About the average/high market value of the guitar with a case. I was neglected to be told about the headstock break and it eventual cracked under string tension. Maybe they didn't know it was broken and maybe I should of checked it out more before purchase. But if they sell guitar they have to know something about that. Guy was a hard butt when I tired to negotiate with him, definitely overpaid. read more

If you are looking for top dollar for various items this isn't the place. Went there 3 separate occasions, no customers and staff looks depressed and unmotivated. Brought in new power tools valued at 265 dollars they wanted to give us 20 bucks. Went to another place, was given 150 bucks. Went back with gold pieces, they said were fake and once again went to another shop, gold was valued at 300 plus. Last try, I took a tv in there, Samsung smart TV, he offered 15 bucks and I ended up getting 100 from another shop. (We kept going back because he was closest to our home). Seems like a small struggling business that can't afford to give top dollar and just doesn't want to deal with us. (I hope it's not about race) please go to Jumping jack or any other shop.
