Grover weighed and told me there was 400.00 in gold and he even tested it and it came out 13 KT gold all in all it was worth 800.00 now that wasn't what was advertised on eBay so I did the smart thing and got my refund Grover told me he has tennis bracelets and at my price range I told him the stones had to be at least VS or better he told he would do just that. I only needed $75 but why take the chance. I had pawned a few things at this place before and *always redeemed them. ie, I always go back and get my stuff and it works ok for what it is. I get some money up front, they make a nice profit at the end. I've done it enough times over the years I can tell the man behind the counter recognizes me (it's always the same guy). Not suggesting we know each other's names, but I'm a good, repeat customer let's say Long story long he says he can do $30. No missing a zero. Thirty dollars for a $700+ necklace. Bought a Samsung 75 inch tv from this store and was told it was brand new and taken out of the box…read moreto display it. They told me they watched some football on it since they took it out of the box. The protective film was still on the screen and they hooked it up so I could see it working. It was very bright in the pawn shop and hard to see the screen. I bought the tv and when I got home I hooked up the tv and I could see that all the display settings were maxed out and I reset the tv to the default setting and on the bottom left of the screen there was several dark spots on the screen. I contacted Samsung and they said the dark spots on the screen were damaged led's do to settings all the picture settings to their maximum. I will never trust this pawn shop again telling me this tv was brand new. I have called them and they will not help me at all.
