We have used them ever since for our 4-5 events per year-- items in particular that we've rented include pop-up tents, pole tents, portable stage, folding tables, folding chairs, lights, no-blow plastic table covers, ice chests, podium, easels- and I'm sure there's more! I would highly suggest they update their website w/several images depicting different views of each bounce house. Currently you will find one photo and a brief written description of the item you are viewing. We ordered a 6-1 wet/dry combo bounce house, which was AMAZING! Due to the single photo we ended up calling to both confirm our reservation & get a better description of what the bounce house offered. When we called we spoke to Reyna, what a tremendous asset to the company! Reyna quickly found our reservation, listened to what we wanted to rent & then explained that the particular item we rented wouldn't work with what we described we wanted. Reyna then happily went over their selection of bounce houses that better fit what we wanted. Reyna was very knowledgeable, most kind, listened/answered our many questions and took her time in explaining the different features of each bounce house. Once we picked the perfect bounce house we could not wait to see the reaction of our grandson. Well, our grandson face lit-up with pure excitement when he saw the bounce house inflating. Seeing the joy & excitement on his face made the expense of the bounce house totally worth every cent. When his classmates & friends saw the bounce house they all could not contain their excitement! Barrel-O-Monkeys in addition to bounce houses offered quite the variety of other things for parties, we in addition to the bounce house rented a snow cone machine, which the kids also enjoyed. Having rented…read morethe grounds only, we had to bring all of our furniture in from an outside vendor and decided to use this company. To accommodate 200 guests, we rented Chiavari gold chairs, Louise XV chairs, tables (banquet, round, hightop, etc.), the boxwood hedge bars and backdrops, white wood communal tables, and the dance floor. Despite the large order, everything arrived ahead of schedule, in mint condition and better than advertised. The photos on their website don't do justice! Everything was in perfect condition and really added to the elegance of our reception. We had so many compliments on the hedge bars, as they brought the whole venue together. The dance floor was in pristine condition. Bottom line, our experience was so great with Party Rent DFW that we felt inclined to write our first ever Yelp review to give them kudos. Unbelievably professional, on time, quick to set up and take down (and exactly as planned), and very respectful of everything else going on. If you're debating using this company, just do it!

This company is a bad actor renting unsafe equipment. They are renting equipment that doesnt meet…read morecurrent safety standards and it resulted in a serious injury. We rented a water slide with them and our grandson slid right off the side (because it had no side walls) and landed on an large exposed metal spike used to anchor the slide. They denied any culpability and provided no sympathy about the injury. The manufacturer told us that the slide in question was 15-20 years old and had been discontinued due to not meeting Texas regulator standards. Be very wary of this company!

We rented the pieces for our original wedding date, then moved our date twice due to COVID. She was super accommodating and updated our contract right away without needing anything extra from us. The structures were there on time and I have no idea when they left. Having them magically appear and disappear without having to coordinate anything day-of is the mark of great service to me. They delivered exactly what we wanted without getting in the way or causing any stress. We'd use them again in a heartbeat, not just because the product was great, but because of the way they work with their customers when life doesn't go to plan. They're fair and honest and that goes a hell of a long way in my book.
