A great little wine tasting venue where you enter, buy a credit, and taste all of the wine you want. A very sophisticated system is used, imported from Europe that allows self service in a clean sterile manner. The owners provide clean glasses if you change from whites to darks. Staff is great and very attentive. Not sure what you want, tell the staff the flavor you seek and they will give you 10 options. Thanks for bringing this system to Pensacola.

Enjoying ourselves at Casks and Flights. Great wine and great vibe.

It was a great vibe. The staff was friendly. The wine was awesome. It was a great experience. Definitely a great part of our Pensacola vacation.

Our favorite wine bar in Pensacola! First, you need to get a bar card onto which your booze funds are loaded. I highly recommend doing this on either Wednesday (guys night) or Thursday (ladies night) since they'll match whatever you pay up to $50 (so if you pay $50, theyll load $100 on the card). The best part is that they never expire. The wines are on tap, allowing you to have your own tasting at your own pace. Pours are available in 1, 2.5, and 5 oz. They don't get cheaper with larger pours so you're not losing out or saving either way. There's a large selection that changes every so often. We've found that you can't go wrong with the circle of reds in the center. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. It might take awhile to get your card set-up, but once that's done you're good to go until the card is empty and no such thing as waiting to close out your tab. Their charcuterie is also a good deal and we liked it more than ones we've had at other wine bars nearby. Overall, a must for any wine lover in the area!

a one of a kind experience. great way to try a selection of wines at your pace. since we are out of towners, we "rented" a card that keeps track of how much wine you pour. the card was $5 but can be shared. friendly staff, water cooler available, vibrant environment perfect for photos. small selection of games by the front for groups to enjoy.

Okay so I'm a local of Pensacola & I actually bartend downtown. If and when I get off early I like to grab a drink with coworkers and head home. I have been here during the day and it's a totally different vibe. It's 10 PM on a Friday & For one the door man needs to learn to use his words. He is the first person you meet when coming into an establishment. Not a good impression. Just stared at my friend an I and we finally handed him our IDs He literally with out asking dug in my friends purse that was no bigger than a Kleenex box and still DID NOT SAY A WORD..... then I opened my bag and he grabbed my cup (an empty cup I use for work cause we aren't allowed to use plastic cups at work) finally used his words and said you need to toss it. Ummm no it's a hydro flask. Anyway we went next door and got the best service . I'm not going into anywhere where I feel like security guard needs to be that rude. Yea keep the establishment safe but this is a WINE TASTING tap room it's like the size of my garage it's not a club .... And don't touch my belongings with out asking. Just hope this reaches the manager because it was very off putting

The atmoshphere The acoustics in the back dining room. I could actually have a conversation even when it was moderately crowded. The Bad: The food is absolutely awful. It's so bad. I'm sorry, I want it to be better but every time we come here no matter what dinner entrée I get, it's gross. I had the grouper piccata and it was inedible. The fish stunk like fish, badly. It was stomach turning. The pasta was no better. Some sort of gross lemon flavoring or something, I'm not sure, but after a couple of bites I couldn't eat another bite. $47 in the garbage. To add insult to injury, the prices are stupid high. They also add some BS 3.5% "operational charge". It's minor compared to the price of the food, but it's just a shameless money grab. I'm beyond tired of businesses using COVID era nonsense as an excuse to completely fleece patrons. The prices don't even remotely reflect the quality of the food or the location or the atmosphere. It's in a liquor store for goodness sake.

They hit that mark, but it cost me $40 with tax & tip. That is for just a salad and an order of french fries! The water came quickly in a real glass and tasted excellent. Very clean and cold, and greatly appreciated. Since it was a real glass I did not ask for a straw which is unusual for me. I enjoyed a nice view of the skatepark across the street as I dined, and watching all the people having a good time in the outdoors was refreshing. Most restaurants don't offer a view like this. There are a set of dining bars with chairs at the windows on either side of the door to amplify the view, but I opted for a traditional table since there were many available when I entered. As for the food... well, it was good, but not great. The $14 iceberg wedge was dotted with some delicious pancetta and gorgonzola cheese, and the lettuce was super fresh and crisp. Where it missed the mark was the overly mayonnaisey dressing. It really needed some more seasoning or something and I could not taste any buttermilk at all, even though it is called a "herb buttermilk dressing." The single cherry tomato (halved) was delicious and sweet, as were the 4 thin slices of radish. While the presentation was nice, it really needed more tomatoes and radish in my opinion, and a stoutly buttermilk dressing. The duck fat fries were crisp, too crisp. I enjoy the soft mushy potato inside the crispness of lard-fried potatoes, but very few of these offered that. They were generally too crisp, and some were crispy all the way thru making them a solid crisp. They came mostly unseasoned so I had to use the salt shaker generously. The sausage bits were good but a bit on the greasy side. The dipping sauce was mild, bland and oily, and I wished they had offered a ketchup alongside as well. Whether homemade or store bought, ketchup would have added color and some much needed acidity to the plate. Your mileage will vary, but for me, there are better options in my price range and this is not a place I can take hungry teenagers.
