Great beer and great vibes. We walked in on a quiet Sunday afternoon in downtown and were greeted by the friendliest team behind the bar. The interior had some cool decorations and I loved how they displayed their merch, it blended right in with the brewery's aesthetic. They poured us two flights and we dove head first into them and were definitely impressed. One beer that stuck out to me was the Inverse Mountains, a light and flavorful Pilsner. Easily, the best brewery in Pensacola. They only serve their own wide selection of styles and I haven't had a bad brew. Wine is also served. The vibe is laidback with many events to offer such as jazz nights and open mic comedy nights in the rear. The bar servers are friendly and participate in good conversation. Enjoyed a couple of Mexican Dark Lagers at this fine brewery. Smooth and dark, with a clean finish. No porters or stouts on tap, which was a bit of a disappointment in December. Wife had a couple of Rising Tides. They were out of their "go to" lager, but she enjoyed her beer. Service was excellent. Pours came with a fairly oversized head, and oddly, no coasters. Wet glass, wet bar, wet shirt. Globetrotter food truck was excellent and reasonably priced - bon mi and peruvian potatoes were both winners. read more

We got a tour from their head brewer and he said they ensure each batch is perfect, if that requires them to drain a batch because one of the notes they were going for didn't come out, they will do it. They strive for perfection and it shows. Amazing beer, and the best beer in Pensacola. See the photos for the beers we tried. The environment was spot on, dark walls, wood and exposed brick. It looks like a twist between an American craft brewery and a British pub. They don't have TVs so it's just a great ambiance to chill and talk with friends. I can't recommend this enough!! read more

Cool spot that I've been to a couple times for events. Nice events space in the back and the beer is good with some wine available as well for those not in a beer mood. As a professional Wino I appreciate this! They usually have a food truck camped out front on the weekends (unsure during the week). It can get busy but they usually do a good job keeping the staff heavy and employed so you're not eating too long for a recharge at the watering hole. They have their own brews and they're all on tap. There's casual seating with couches or tables and chairs. There's a band playing too, we came in a Friday night so I'm assuming it's a weekend thing. The entrance opens up so bring a jacket if it's chilly. A food truck is parked right in front so if you're hungry, you can buy food and bring it in since they only sell beer. Small selection of beer, but they're very unique in tastes. There's a private room in the back as well to hold small functions I'm assuming. Great atmosphere with a wide welcoming entrance right up to the sidewalk. Large bar and a wide selection of beers. The flavors can sometimes get a little whacky so if you're adventurous, they'll have something new for you to try. Plenty of sitting areas front and back. Live music some nights up front. The tanks are in plain view which adds to the vibes. Comfortable couches towards the back and usually have a food truck parked in the back lot. Great new brewery in Pensacola giving me SD vibes. All of their beers are very distinct and different from each other, but somehow each one is absolutely delicious. They have new additions pretty frequently so there's no time to get bored with the menu. The flight of 4 is the perfect way to get introduced to their beers. My current favorite is their imperial stout which has a strong cinnamon flavor. They're dog friendly and have rotating food trucks out back on the weekends. They also had Mario Kart set up on a projector screen for your drunk gaming needs. Overall, this newcomer blew me away and knocked off Gulf Coast for the #1 spot in my book. read more
