That said, I noticed the employees working outdoors seemed really affected by the heat, especially last week when temperatures were around 90° for several days straight. They looked quite heat-exhausted while handling the workstations. I understand the Inland Empire weather can be intense, but adding some fans, misting stations, or better shade/air circulation around their areas could make a big difference in keeping the team comfortable, safe, and energized during those hot stretches. I would have complained in person, but due to my knee injury, I just couldn't. This business is falsely advertising a touchless wash online and to your face. Save yourself the heartbreak, confusion, and the anger, and do not come here. I am not rich, and I work very hard to keep my car in good condition with what I have. To not even receive an apology or a refund was extremely disappointing. I was quoted $800 just for the hood and two doors. Buyers beware.
